  • Highly recommended

"You can't get a better located condo for beach activities. Great soft sand beach across the road with rocky points on each end which are great for snorkeling to see turtles, many beautiful fish species, and coral. Great beach for swimming and body boarding (when swells are higher). Many people go just across the road to watch the sunsets. Location also has lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. We also enjoyed a very good little coffee place just short walk north. Condo is best equipped for cooking that I have seen with every utensil needed. Condo has been updated and is very comfortable. Very comfortable bed. Also has body boards, beach chairs, etc for beach activities. I read some reviewer complaints about the noise in the morning, but we didn't find this a problem as we were on continental time and awake and about way before the trash trucks came. Morning is the best time in Maui anyway so don't sleep in. Most of the day and night we did not notice any disturbing noises and in fact at night you are close enough to the ocean to hear waves breaking at night (if windows are open) which is very calming."

  • Heaven on Earth!

"We are a family of four and needed a vacation--this condo was everything that it advertised and MORE! Believe the pictures on this site--it is that beautiful! This was our first visit to Hawaii and we could not have been more please with the condo. The owners have maintained a warm and welcoming place and had every comfort we needed. The bed was very comfortable and the pulled out couch was not too bad. Fred's Mexican restaurant directly across the street is yummy! Great fish tacos! Also across the street is Café O Lei had great food--make reservations or you'll be waiting a long time. Auntie Snorkel (yes, across the street) was wonderful to rent paddleboards (we are hooked) a must try! We also rented an underwater camera and we booked our helicopter ride through them. Paul was fantastic. If you are looking for a condo and want to have long walks on the beach and a really relaxing time--rent this condo. We are already looking at same time next year--but without the kids!"

  • Fabulous time!

"We had a wonderful experience here. Owner is 100%committed to ensuring guests have the experience they expect. Pool is large, beach is across the street, and unit itself is well decorated, fully-stocked, and comfortable. We loved our stay and will recommend this unit to all of our friends and family. As local residents, this means a lot! Thank you!"

  • Proximity to Paradise

"Very clean and well stocked condo right across the street from the beach. Awesome owners who answered any queries and professionally managed a "glitch" that guarantees a return visit from the two of us. King size bed was super-comfy and the beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys were great quality. The kitchen had everything we needed and we sought out a condo in the Maui Banyan because it was our second trip to Maui and knew this was the building to be in. Now we know this is the unit to be in if you want to experience a positive Maui condo stay!"
