"I stayed with my wife and my mother at Affordable Accomodation in Maui for six nights. That condo met all of my expectations. Very clean and equipped with all necessary amenities. This is excellent place to rent if you are looking for an accomodation close to beach, shops, restaurants and silence at the same time. Liz, the condo owner was great as far as contact is concern, giving clear and helpful information. The Island of Maui is outstanding. If I had a chance to return there I would not hestitate to pick Affordable Accomodation in Maui one more time!"Guest: Marek Date of Stay: April 2014 Review Submitted: May 19, 2014View listing
"This condo was a great find in Kihei! I was pressed for time to find a place to stay for my month there, and Dean was AWESOME to work with...he responded to my inquiry very quickly and helped me get into the place last minute. Honestly, I barely looked at the pictures before I arrived, but boy was I surprised at how nice the condo was! The pictures do not even do it justice. The condo comfortably sleeps 4 and is more spacious than I anticipated. I had some other friends in Kihei, and their place was not nearly as nice as this one. There were plenty of towels/sheets/toiletries available for me when I arrived...Dean even had some laundry detergent and other supplies brought over my first few days there, which was a nice surprise. The area is gorgeous with plenty of shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores within walking distance. The beach is less than a 2 minute walk from the condo (which is at the very front of the complex)--basically just across the street. There was always plenty of parking at the complex as well, but you really don't even need a car if you intend on staying in the Kihei area. When I arrived at the condo, there was a small maintenance issue (toilet was running nonstop); but Dean had already checked in on it and had a maintenance man on the way. This condo is VERY well-maintained, and I felt right at home living there for the month. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking to stay in a great area in Kihei! Thanks Dean!"Guest: Amber G. Date of Stay: September 2014 Review Submitted: November 6, 2014View listing
"My wife and I arrived and were instantly pleased. The Condo was fantastic and everything we wanted and needed. The beach is less than a 5min walk away as are 2 pools and a good bar. The only thing we could talk about when arriving in Oahu at the 1/2 way point of our vacation was how we should've stayed in Maui the whole time at the condo."Guest: Andy Date of Stay: May 2014 Review Submitted: May 13, 2014View listing
"Excellent place to stay, and awesome people to deal with. Answered all my questions, were very helpful, and went above and beyond by letting us check out late so we didn't have to keep our luggage in the car all day before our flight! The location was great. Walking distance to Lava Java for coffee, Local Boys Shave ice (try it with sweet cream on top, you won't be disappointed :p ), and Horhitos food truck (for the best shrimp tacos!). Great view from the lanai, and across the street is a perfect little beach to sit and watch the sunset. Didn't use the pool, but it looked clean and it was almost always empty. The kitchen is well stocked, and the coolers and ice packs are hugely appreciated to take to the beach every day. Towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, etc. are all provided, and are in great shape. Hard to find fault with it, I'd definitely stay there again!!"Guest: Kayte & Jez Date of Stay: October 2014 Review Submitted: November 4, 2014View listing
