  • Great Place, Great Location, Great Price

"This condo was perfect for our stay. It is up to date with plenty of room for the four us that stayed (Two adults & two children). It had everything we needed for our stay. Great ocean view, plenty of restaurant's and shopping within walking distance. Great view from the lania. We did not use the A/C as the ceiling fans worked perfect. Cindy was a pleasure to work with from the very first phone call and was very helpful with any questions we had during our stay. This condo very affordable and worth more but it wasn't more. This condo will be my first pick on any future visits."

  • Practicing Aloha!

"Fabulous condo and location in the heart of Maui. Very nice renovation and layout, which provided spacious living as well as privacy. The condo offers a full aloha experience - a great area to power walk/jog, sun and sand at the ocean (just steps away) or at one of the pools on the property and the experience of the famous Maui sunsets nightly. Highly recommend."

  • Great one bedroom location

"We were fortunate to rent this unit in Kihei Kai Nani for an eight night stay. The owner was great to work with for our trip and were able to send in a check and he held our reservation. Our plane arrive in the morning and since the unit was ready, we were able to check in early. What a great condo to stay in while visiting Maui. We especially like to stay in Kihei because of the beaches which were about 3 minutes away. We loved walking on the beaches, snorkeling, swimming, walking on paths near beach and walking over to view the sunset each night. This was all right at our finger tips. This unit was very quiet as it was an end unit and the lanai looked out onto grass and trees. We ate our meals at the table on the lanai. The condo was well furnished and the kitchen was well equipped. The King bed was very comfortable. Stop at Costco after leaving the airport on your way to Kihei and pick up some needed supplies. We love the fresh pineapple, Maui Gold, which they sell. We love eating at Coconut's for their tacos. We also always go to Paia to eat a fish sandwich at the Paia Fish Market. Besides snorkeling at the rock points at the Kamaoli Beaches, we also like snorkeling at Ulua Beach, Wailea. All of these have easy entry from the beach. Thank you for a great vacation."

  • Perfect Place to Stay

"My husband and I just spent 2 weeks in this condo. We've stayed at the Banyan every year for the past 10 years and this is now our favourite unit. It is clean, quiet and private and conveniently located to the lower pool and a beautiful beach. The kitchen has been renovated with lovely counters and cabinets and is well stocked with good quality kitchen wares. The appliances were new and modern and the king size bed was super comfy. There were plenty of thick fluffy towels (beach towels too) and the furniture was new and very nice. Truly a home away from home that had everything we needed and more. The owners were very nice and easy to work with as well. We will definitely try to book this unit again for our next visit."
