  • Near to perfect!!

"This was our second stay here and we can hardly wait for our third! It was larger accommodations then my wife and I needed however after our first stay we didn't even think of going anywhere else. There are many plus's for this site with the top one for us being the location. Having ground floor access only steps from the pool area was wonderful. Makes for easy access to the bbq's without having to walk all through the building with food. The parking space is also convenient being very close to the entrance. The condo is fully equipped with whatever we needed. We used the provided beach chairs and mats everyday as we were only minutes away from Kama'ole Beach II by walking and the sunsets are not to be missed. The lanai was much used and is very peaceful. Many pictures were taken right from there as there are numerous bird species to be seen right in front of you. We are planning our third trip and will definitely be partaking of Palekaiko. Della is extremely helpful and was quick to answer any and all questions we had, she is a pleasure to deal with."

  • Fantastic and Even Better the Second Visit

"We stayed in this condo about 15 years ago, and came back this year (2014) being older now with young adult children. It was a good place years ago and now when we are used to more comforts and amenities, this exceeded our expectations - with older children too. I won't spend time discussing most of the features because the photographs you see are accurate. (Perhaps they don't show the large flat screen TV.) I will mention, however, that the owner Carole is a gourmet cook so the kitchen is very well appointed. Your meals on the lanai with a view of the ocean and Molokai can be a better experience than many other places as an awning can block the direct sun. Beach towels are supplied as well as beach equipment chairs and umbrella, and toys for young children. Snorkeling is available at many beaches, but across the street from the complex is Kamaole beach park #1 with some rocks hiding fish and even sea turtles large and small and safe so that was a real extra treat. No need to drive to others unless you like to explore. Recommend "Aunties" snorkel equipment about a block away from the complex for friendly knowledgeable service from Paul the owner and equipment including masks with vision correction at reasonable prices. The washer, dryer and dishwasher seem modern and work well. For those who like tennis, the complex has two clean courts, no waiting when we were there. Free covered parking is available for guests. The complex has elevators for those with mobility issues. I am not a fan of using air conditioning when reasonable alternatives are available, and although the condo has an air conditioner, it also has many ceiling fans, desk fans, a a large exhaust fan for the upstairs bedroom alcove, so we used those for a better tropical atmosphere. My wife is not easy to please for beds, but she found the master bed at least as good as ours at home. To be sure, we have not tried others in Maui recently, but I doubt you will find anything better equipped and more comfortable for the price. For a lifetime dining experience, in every respect, food, ambiance, beach location and service, although expensive, I recommend Mama's Fish House across the Island about an easy 35 minute drive. For great breakfast try Kihei Cafe about a mile down the road."

  • Best Deal for a Great Room!!

"My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. This was the best deal and value for our money by far! The owner Cloy is very friendly and available, and takes great care in stocking this room up for everything you might need! Great location, and everything really is within walking distance, but I definitely recommend getting a car if you want to explore. I loved having the beach accessories to take with us. The bathroom was amazing and the kitchenette was easy to use. The beach across the street was nice, but we found ourselves heading father south to Kamaole beach 2 and 3. We really loved staying here, and were very sad to leave as it had started to feel like home. We will definitely be back and have told many people about this gem of a property. We knew going into this vacation planning, that we didn't want to spend a bunch of money on amenities that we didn't plan on using, so this was a perfect fit for us. We swam in the pool once, but never got to use the BBQ patio, but love that they had one. You will love this property :)"

  • loved it

"The place was great! Had every thing we needed. It was close to restaurants and shopping. We walked to Fred`s and Moose`s (above Fred`s) Moose has a great Happy hour from 4 to 7 PM. The beach was across the street and lovely..The Condo has beach chairs and coolers and noodles for the pool. We went to the best luau in Lahaina,It is "LELE" on the beach overlooking the sunset. All drinks and food included,A 5 course dinner at your own private table. Also did the 8 line zip line, that was great! My daughter did a 4.5 hour snorkel trip in Lahaina, loved it.We also had dinner at Mama`s Fish house. Beautiful place on the beach and the food was good. Would definitely stay there again... .There are key pad cards on the bookcase that open the outside doors to the complex. The doors lock at 10 Pm.My daughter came in at 10.05 and called me to come downstairs to let her in We then figured out what those things were for:):) All in all a great place and a great trip.."
