  • Great property!

"The renovations are done and the condo is beautiful! Very efficient storage capacities throughout and all the built-ins makes it feel airy because all of our stuff was able to be put away. The new furniture in the living room is stylish with ample and comfortable seating. The kitchen is so well stocked - just like home. There were all the staples needed in the fridge and cupboards - even left over booze and things like butter and beer! Location is 5 star - walkable to anywhere in the Kihei neighbourhood and of course Kam II beach on your doorstep. Amenities such as lounge chairs on the lawn and heated pool were appreciated. The owner is very organized with ample instructions for everything. Only one thing I would mention, and is easily fixable - the lack of more beach things such as an additional boogie board for the 2nd person; beach umbrella etc, but lots of snorkelling gear is available for your use. The condo has a pull out couch - we did not use it. Also a Murphy bed - we did use it on hot nights with the lanai doors open to let the sea breeze in. Lovely. We highly recommend this unit - it's bright, stylish, and so comfortable!"

  • Time in Paradise

"Zapher's condo is in a perfect place, just a tiny walk to a great beach! The condo was a perfect place to cook up a great meal and watch the sun go down. Candace was wonderful to bring us a bottle of champagne when she learned it was our 30 year wedding anniversary. The next day she surprised us with 2 loaves of her famous Banana Bread. Pillows and bedding are really nice, decore is fun and colorful, pool and jacuzzi are a bonus! The stairs would be a challenge for someone with a disability--but perfect for anyone else!"

  • Our stay at Norma's retreat

"We just got back, unfortunately, from our wonderful vacation in Maui. Everything Norma has said about her place is very true. Everything we needed was there. The view each morning while having our coffee on the lanai was just amazing. We watched people boarding and doing SUP at 6 in the morning. We were close to stores, shops and restaurants and a short drive to many of the favourite beaches. The cinnamon buns at the Kihei Coffee were award winning. We would recommend this condo for any couples that want to relax. The only complaint we had, no fault of Norma's, was the birds don't understand that we did not want to be up at 5 am. Again, thank you Norma. Hopefully we will be able to return in the future"

  • Perfect Place to Stay

"My husband and I just spent 2 weeks in this condo. We've stayed at the Banyan every year for the past 10 years and this is now our favourite unit. It is clean, quiet and private and conveniently located to the lower pool and a beautiful beach. The kitchen has been renovated with lovely counters and cabinets and is well stocked with good quality kitchen wares. The appliances were new and modern and the king size bed was super comfy. There were plenty of thick fluffy towels (beach towels too) and the furniture was new and very nice. Truly a home away from home that had everything we needed and more. The owners were very nice and easy to work with as well. We will definitely try to book this unit again for our next visit."
