  • Sorking

"The condo at Maui Vista was great. We had a couple sleep on the pull out and it was comfortable for them which really added to the holiday when you are getting a good nights sleep. The location of Maui Vista along the main drag was also perfect. There was great shopping to the left and right and also good places to eat in either direction. Lots of great walking opportunities. The condo was well stocked and I loved having coffee on the patio in the morning. I would stay here again in a heart beat."

  • Relaxing get away at good value

"We stayed here for a week and, overall, it was positive. Pat and the staff we dealt with at Ali'i Resorts were wonderful. The location is as described - steps away from an incredible beach and close to shops, restaurants, etc. The unit was clean but the pictures do make it higher end than it actually is. A few of the linens and furnishings are not as pictured. It was great to have all of the conveniences of home and the complex was fairly quiet (aside from some road noise, Kihei is a pretty busy spot). The lanai was wonderful, and even the partial ocean view was breathtaking. Also, we usually had the pool to ourselves when we wanted it. There are a couple things to keep in mind about this suite. First, it has very hard tile throughout. This is great for sweeping up the sand that will inevitably be tracked in but it was not ideal for our incredibly active infant. Second, and we should have realized this from the pictures, there are only showers and no bathtub. Finally, there is a small green space right outside the master bedroom and the birds will probably wake you up. This was fine for us because we're up with the kids anyway, but not ideal for night people. Locally, we enjoyed eating at the Kihei Caffe. Surprisingly, Denny's actually has the best loco moco. Get them to do it with the fried rice!"

  • A truly perfect vacation!

"This is our 2nd time at Jeremy's condo, and we're already booked for our 3rd next year. It's a very comfortable and clean condo (and we're fussy about clean!). The moment we arrived this year, we felt right at home. Everything you need is available, kitchen is stocked, beach items are all there, and we loved the DVD/Netflix availability when we wanted to just hang out at night. We stayed there in April, and NEVER had to turn the a/c on - the breezes that come through the condo are truly a blessing on a warm day. Jeremy has always been very responsive and accommodating to our questions or comments. And he also sends a fully comprehensive Information Packet when you book, so that you can make the most of your visit to Maui without having to figure everything out on your own. We absolutely love this location, as it's truly right across the street from the best beaches in Maui, and it's perfect for our early morning sunrise walks or getting an ice cream at Aloha Ice Cream (next door) and watching the sunset on the beach. It's also a quiet and well-maintained complex, so we always felt welcomed and safe. BBQs on site are always available and they're a great way to meet the neighbors as well. We can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our trip this year, and we're already counting down the days to next year. Thanks Jeremy!"

  • Very comfortable stay in an excellent location!

"The condo was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed nine nights here. Our mornings all started off having our coffee on the lanai looking out at the ocean. The condo is very well stocked and we appreciated the use of the beach chairs. We did enjoy cooking on the bbq's near the poolside and met many great people there. Kihei is a great location to explore all parts of the island. One of the most beautiful beaches is just steps across the road from the condo. We also enjoyed the two closest restaurants for a meal, 808 bistro and Fred's Mexican. Maui Banyon security appeared to do a very good job. Mahalo!"
