  • Great Condo

"My daughter & I stayed here for a week and absolutely loved the condo. It is very convenient to the beach, and everything on Southern Maui. Close to grocery stores, surfing, the boat ramp in Kehei (for diving), or for driving to the volcano or Hana. It is well stocked with pots & pans for cooking. There are many sets of snorkeling gear and other beach toys, including mats and many beach towels. Everything needed to make your stay enjoyable. The condo is clean and nicely updated with granite counters. Only negatives were a lack of A/C (although there were several fans - both ceiling and stand alone) and the mattress in the bedroom was not hard enough for me. (I sank in it) My daughter (age 23) slept well on the hide a bed couch. Harder to get a breeze in the main bedroom. Overall a great experience. Would highly recommend. Loved the locking metal screen door, so we could leave the main door open for the breeze & still be secure. Easy owner to deal with."

  • Beautiful Condo + Excellent Location = Perfect Getaway!

"My boyfriend & I stayed at this condo for 10 days in July & it was absolutely perfect! This place is centrally located, across the street from the beach, stocked with everything you need (beach towels & chairs, snorkelling gear, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, computer, printer, netflix, etc. etc. etc.) - literally the works! The complex is quiet & well maintained, the lanai opens up to a very private green space where you can see the ocean just beyond. From the minute you walk in you can tell this condo is loved & well cared for, it's incredibly clean, very organized & just feels like home (if home was in a tropical paradise). I could go on & on - I've been recommending this place to my family & friends and I would definitely stay here again. Our experience was fantastic from beginning to end. Communications were prompt. After we booked we received an information package that was meticulously compiled, contained detailed directions, instructions, recommendations... Everything was just so helpful. Thank you Mike for allowing us to rent your beautiful condo!"

  • Perfect location!

"A great property! Two bedrooms each with their own bathrooms, separated by the kichen/living room for additional privacy. Everything all on one level - no stairs! Lovely private lanai with access from both bedrooms and the living room. Just steps to the pool and barbecue area. Nicely equipped kitchen, newer appliances and very clean. Comfortable beds; plenty of linens/towels. Great selection of beach toys - boogie boards, pool noodles, sand pails/shovels, snorkel gear, chairs and umbrellas. Right across the street from Kamaole Beach II and easy walk to other nearby public beaches. Close to shops and restaurants; just a short drive to grocery store. Grounds are well-kept. Unit is toward the back of the property away from busy S. Kihei Road. A quiet, family-friendly location. Couldn't have asked for a better place to call home during our visit to Maui. We'll stay here again!"
