"The location of this condo is very close to the beach as the owner described to us . It was equipped with all you would need for a great vacation, including all beach chairs ,boogie boards etc. Also would be great for anyone with children as there was even a fold up playpen for babies. King sized bed in the bedroom was a plus as well. Washer/Dryer in condo .Very close to all amenities including restaurants shopping and great for a stroll after dinner(streets well lite) The property is very well maintained and clean.. Jerry was great , called us the day we got in to make sure everything was up to our expectations . I would definitely recommend this property to all ages and would definitely consider renting this condo again. Thanks Jerry for sharing your piece of paradise with my daughter and I in paradise. We absolutely loved it !!!! **Lynne **"Guest: Sunseekers Date of Stay: April 2014 Review Submitted: April 30, 2014View listing
"We had a fantastic week staying at this condo! It is situated perfectly across from Kam 2 and the ground floor made for quick and easy access to the BBQs, pools, parking and beaches. It was great for our 8 month old to roam around, and everyone around us was so friendly! The condo is stocked full of everything you would need during your stay and is nicely updated. We hope to be back soon."Guest: Ashley W. Date of Stay: January 2014 Review Submitted: January 26, 2014View listing
"Wow, we had a fun-filled 5 night time in Island Surf Condo! This location in Kihei doesn't get much better! Walking distance to Kihei Town Center (plenty of local restaurants, bars, shopping, groceries, surf lesson shops, everything really!!) This condo was great and we felt at home the second we walked in! Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Flat panel TVs, ceiling fans and window A/C units in every room. Only on the overly humid times when you're in the condo will you need the AC, otherwise the crosswinds and ceiling fans keep you plenty comfortable. Of course the double wide lanai is perfect for morning coffee and evening drinks watching the sunset. The ocean views never get old. The condo is stocked with all the conveniences of home and then some! Only after we experienced the most incredible sunrise at Halealaka Crater did we find there were blankets and sweatshirts in the closets just for that! The owners thought of everything! There's some snorkel gear, beach umbrellas, beach mats and chairs, bogie boards, coolers... I'm sure I'm forgetting something. Also the owners provided a detailed notebook with info about the surrounding area and directions to their favorite snorkel and beach sites. We thought that was a nice touch! Communication with the owner was prompt and friendly. Don't hesitate to inquire about this property, you won't be disappointed! We would stay in this unit again in a heartbeat! Sadly we're back to reality in Washington, D.C. Much Aloha, Ray, Jeff and Gloria"Guest: Jeff S. Date of Stay: October 2014 Review Submitted: October 28, 2014View listing
"We met some friends here during our around the globe voyage from Denmark and had a wunderful time in Maui staying in this condo. It was surprisingly quiet for being very close to the beach, and we were also surprised at the outdoor grills provided, which gave us some merry dinners in the yard. It was nice to see electricity consorvation suggestion because we could see other units running the AC full throttle while they left their door open!! Anyway, we enjoyed everything here and would ricomend it to others who need two separated bedrooms and two WCs and one kitchen."Guest: Lucas O Date of Stay: November 2014 Review Submitted: December 6, 2014View listing
