"This condo was by far the best one we have ever rented. We have stayed in Kihei 13 times, most of those in All'i Kai and have never come across a cleaner, more well appointed condo this one! We felt welcome from the moment we stepped in the door. The unit was spotless, decor was inviting and overall very spacious. We loved lounging on the lanai, watching the birds, geckos and seeing the ocean in the distance. Although the pool was just below our bedroom, there was very little noise as it closes at 9:00 PM. The entire complex seems to hush after 9:00. There were no issues with loud parties except for the Olympic gold medal hockey game during the day! We loved the beach equipment even boogie boards. The kitchen had everything you could ask for - small appliances, plastic glasses and dishes for BBQ area, bowls and serving dishes. We ate on the lanai most nights enjoying the breezes. Our favorite beach is Kamaole 1 which is really just across the street. There are a lot of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The owners gave an amazing detailed map to get to the condo and had lots of material available to show what there was to do on Maui. We will be staying here again. Just can't wait to get back!"Guest: Leslie Date of Stay: February 2014 Review Submitted: March 11, 2014View listing
"Great location, very close to some of the better places to eat in kihei and centrally located between most of the rest of the island. Nice beaches right across the road, close to great snorkeling spots. The building was nice, clean kept up pool area. Nice garden areas. Overall a great value for what you pay. Our only complaints were that there were tiny, fruit fly sized, bugs on all of the counter tops and if you left any food unsealed, they got in it. Also the A/C stopped blowing cold air on the last few nights. I understand things happen and would still probably go back to this condo. Other than the bugs, it was a clean, comfortable place to rest at night."Guest: Brian Date of Stay: May 2014 Review Submitted: May 23, 2014View listing
"My family and I stayed here for seven nights for my son's wedding. It was perfect in every way! The location was perfect for getting around the island, and the condo itself easily accommodated six of us. We used the kitchen for most of our meals, and it was well-stocked with everything we needed. We used the pool several times and used the BBQ in the pool area the last night we were were here. You can easily walk to several beaches from this condo. The owners made the booking process easy and answered any questions I had. We would definitely stay here again! Mahalo to Arlie and Gail."Guest: Lisa M. Date of Stay: September 2014 Review Submitted: September 28, 2014View listing
"We had a great time at David and Kate's condo. The location was amazing, right across from the beach with access to great restaurants, grocery stores, shops and farmers markets. Sitting on the patio watching the sunset and listening to the ocean waves became a nightly ritual. The ocean views really were awesome! The condo was spotlessly clean and well stocked with everything we could need. The kitchen was set up for any type of cooking you might do including plastic dishes for the pool an BBQ area. My favorite thing about the condo were the discreet labels everywhere. I never had to wonder which light switch worked for the kitchen and which one was for the hallway. Because everything was labeled I didn't have to read a giant manual to figure anything out. The labels really made our stay easy. We didn't have to think about a thing and really felt well taken care of! Kate and David thought of everything so that we didn't have to!"Guest: mibcalle Date of Stay: September 2014 Review Submitted: October 27, 2014View listing
