  • One of the best vacation rentals we have stayed in!

"My husband and I just left this beautiful home in Maui and I can't say enough about how impressed we were with this condo. It was incredibly clean, well organized (everything is labeled), and well stocked. There was nothing that they didn't have that we needed. It is a perfect place for a couple but also could see bringing our little baby girl back in the coming years as it would be a perfect spot for the three of us. The beach is literally right across the street and you can't beat the location in Kihei. We explored a few other beaches around Maui but liked the one right across the street the best, especially for swimming and sunbathing in the morning. Jane and Rick have taken great care of their second home, it has wonderful energy, and I would recommend it to any of my friends or family. We hope to be back and soon!"

  • 3 weeks of R & R

"This was our 2nd stay at Anita & Jim's wonderful condo. Everything you need to have a relaxing vacation is there for you! We like to cook our own meals and the kitchen is very modern and well supplied with dishes, utensils, sharp knives, and a well supplied spice rack. The view when you walk in the door is awesome. We ate most of our dinners on the lanai and watched many beautiful sunsets from "our own ocean view restaurant". The comfortable bed and air conditioning in the bedroom guarantees a good night's rest. We liked the new keyless entry which meant you didn't have to worry about keys. We used the beach chairs and umbrella every day for our very short walk to the beach right across the street. Anita is very caring and you can tell that she takes pride in her looking after her guests. Anita has an information binder on restaurants, activities, shopping, etc that she keeps up to date that provides a wealth of information to help you with your holiday plans. Thanks Anita for another relaxing stay!"

  • WONDERFUL CONDO!!!

"This was our second stay at this condo and it was just as good as last time! Everything is close and "walkable", the Foodland store, the ABC store, many different restaurants and bars and especially the BEACH. There is a nice park right across the street for walking or running and always lots of people on paddle boards or kayaks to watch. This year we saw breaching whales from the condo!! Yes, they were out away from shore, but you could see them without binoculars! We used the boogie board and the back pack beach chairs from the condo almost daily...there are some other beach items available, but we didn't need them. The pool at the condo is nice and used by many this year, but we prefer the beach. If you have a rental car, be sure to go to the north shore and watch the wind surfers and kite surfers. They are amazing and the waves there are MUCH bigger than at the beaches on south or west Maui. We also made it to the "Dragon's Teeth" in Kapalua and Nakalele Bolwhole, further north, this year. Both were great places to visit but be ready for some walking and climbing to see them up close. The property manager is very easy to work with and quick to help if a problem arises. If you are looking for a nice, clean, comfortable condo in a great location, this is it!!!! I hope to return very soon!!!"

  • Fantastic location and great condo

"We stayed in this condo for 10 days and really enjoyed how well equipped it was, especially for going to the beach. Other condos in Kihei Akahi were not as nice or as well equipped. We found the lighting was poor in the condo complex but otherwise it was very nice and well maintained. I can't say enough about how comfy the king size bed was and how lovely it was to wake up to the birds chirping every morning. My daughter did not like the pull-out couch as it was not that comfortable, so perhaps a foam topper would make it better. I would stay there again!"
