  • Everything you'll need

"Highly recommend this place for its location, comfort and convenience. Beautiful yard with plenty of sun or shade. Suite is clean, nice decor, kitchen is fully stocked. Great breeze through the suite so cool enough without turning on the AC. We loved having access to all the picnic and beach equipment. Ali booked an incredible sailing/snorkelling tour for us. Jonathan was super helpful and full of tips/info. We would come back in a heartbeat. THANKYOU!!!!! C&B and baby bump"

  • Perfect location!

"A great property! Two bedrooms each with their own bathrooms, separated by the kichen/living room for additional privacy. Everything all on one level - no stairs! Lovely private lanai with access from both bedrooms and the living room. Just steps to the pool and barbecue area. Nicely equipped kitchen, newer appliances and very clean. Comfortable beds; plenty of linens/towels. Great selection of beach toys - boogie boards, pool noodles, sand pails/shovels, snorkel gear, chairs and umbrellas. Right across the street from Kamaole Beach II and easy walk to other nearby public beaches. Close to shops and restaurants; just a short drive to grocery store. Grounds are well-kept. Unit is toward the back of the property away from busy S. Kihei Road. A quiet, family-friendly location. Couldn't have asked for a better place to call home during our visit to Maui. We'll stay here again!"

  • Sept. Destination Wedding with tthe family

"The condo is in a great location in south Kihei in Maui. Numerous dining options within walking distance, the beach less than a block away and options for renting snorkeling, surfing, and booking excursions just across from the enterance to the condos. The condo itself was spacious, decorative, and well stocked with all that you could need, even beach chairs and an umbrella. Incidentally, the beach (Kamaole Beack I) is just outside the complex and across the street. The rooftop patio is too hot to use during the day but ideal in the late evening since it is directly in the sun all day with no umbrellas or shade. Keep in mind it is only open until 9. We only used it once and everyone was friendly and there are a reasonable amount of tables. The only pests we had were mosquitos as my daughters came in bitten up after an evening on the lanai, BRING BUG REPELLANT. It was hot and the living room wall AC did nothing to cool the 2 bedrooms at the front of the condo. Ceiling fans in those rooms were not enough and it would be great if fans could be put in both rooms or better yet a small AC unit. Another complex where some friends stood had them in rooms and they were quiet and worked great. Running the AC unit is not only noisy for anyone on the lanai but it gave off a lot of heat on the lanai. The pool was a good size and never too busy, no jacuzzi. Vince and Rose who own/manage the place were absolutely lovely! They were not only courteous and welcoming but helpful in providing information. The keychain discount card they give you for the local supermarket is a must for any shopping at that store. I recommend stopping at Costco, Wal-mart, or K-mart when leaving the airport when you arrive to buy anything you might need. Safeway is a short drive away from the condo also, which is the only place we found Tajin for our Micheladas. Overall, we had a great time and would gladly stay at this condo again."
