  • Maui Banyan Q107

"The owners here have thought of everything for the people staying at their condo. Boogie boards, sand chairs, snorkel gear, plus all the amenities one could ever think of. The owners decorated this unit beautifully plus the computer and wifi were a bonus. The only downside was the Maui Banyan was under construction, both pools not useable, painting and construction going on and around the grounds, but that was not the fault of the condo property owners. I highly recommend this unit for rental."

  • Heim Family Vacation Stay

"Arlie & Gail -- We cannot tell you adequately how much we enjoyed our stay in your very comfortable, well maintained condo. The condo was also stocked with necessities, instructions were clear, and we utilized the pool and BBQ's, too. We do want to let you know that there is a problem with a floor tile in the kitchen (about middle) as when stepped on, it "pops". Again, many thanks for sharing your great condo. Hopefully, we can return some time. We certainly highly recommend it. Our family of 7 were very comfortable and cooked most of our meals there. Jim and Linda Heim"

  • Beautiful Condo-Beautiful Place

"We enjoy staying at the Kihei Akahi Condos. This was our third time there. And, first time at Kathy and Ron's Condo. The Condo is clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. And the view, well, it's AMAZING! Everything you need as far as kitchen supplies (pots, pans, appliances, you name it, it's there.). Lots of beach stuff also! You won't need anything. Our grandkids (10 & 11) had a wonderful time swimming and exploring Maui, but couldn't wait to get back to the Condo to rest up. Ron and Kathy are really easy to work with which makes it even better. Everyone had fun and we can't wait to return!"
