  • Golf, Beach and Family week

"We had the time of our lives. Everything about the Royal Mauian and you condo was perfect. The condo has been beautifully re-modeled. The kitchen is gourmet, the bathrooms luxerious and the bedrooms very comfortable. We were able to walk to Hawaiian Moons, best organic food ever, and it is across the street. We love this place and will return again next year. Mahalo!"

  • Fabulous condo! Jan. 21 - February 4,2014

"My husband and I just spent two weeks in this lovely and comfortable condo. It was nice and clean, well appointed with everything we needed including beach gear, and a comfortable king size bed. We have stayed in South Kihei before and we love staying here. There are three great beaches just across the street, several good restaurants/shopping within walking distance, and a natural grocer about two blocks away. We love awaking to the birds singing in the morning. We highly recommend this condo and complex. We have already reserved a stay for next year."

  • Great Condo in a Great Area of Maui

"From the pre planning with the owner to arrival to the entire stay, the experience was great. I really liked working with the owner. He was very thorough and insured that we were set for a great stay. The condo itself is nicely decorated and had everything we needed. I liked the separations of the rooms for privacy and each room had their own access to the lanai. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the dishes and utensils needed as well as BBQ equipment and some basic seasonings which was helpful. The condo was equipped with boogie boards, chairs, umbrella, cooler and snorkeling gear...everything you need for the beach. That was really a plus. The view is wonderful for the sunset. There was potential for a hurricane to hit the island. The owner took it upon himself to have canned foods and water in the room upon our arrival and e-mailed me emergency information prior to our departure from Seattle. My entire family loved this condo and the vacation. The pool area was very nice and never over crowded. It was great and I will be sure to stay there again. I also liked that some good restaurants and shops were within walking distance and the beach was right across the street. Great Stay. I highly recommend it. Also the online pictures reflected an accurate appearance of the condo."

  • Excellent location and spacious condo unit

"Our family just returned from Maui and we stayed in this unit for 10 nights. It is very spacious and was great for our kids to have their own space. The kitchen is extremely well stocked, and all linens and towels were good quality. There were beach chairs and lots of toys on the lanai so we didn't have to rent or buy them. The breeze through the windows meant that we didn't have to turn on the AC at all. There is an elevator to help when bringing up groceries. The location is fantastic - not right on busy S.Kihei road but a very short walk to the beach. We used the bbqs on the 7th floor almost daily and even saw whales spouting. We loved this unit and would definitely rent it again."
