"Our family stayed here in November for a week. It was sort of a last minute decision and the owner,Lisa, was so helpful in making this work for us. My brother's family of 4, our family of 4 and my parents who rented the ohana all had a great time. House was clean and plenty of space for 4 kids ages 5-10 to run around. They also have snorkel gear, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. Great location to walk to the beach and also quick access to Piilani Highway to get to the airport or other parts of the island. It was so nice to wake up and go for a walk/run along the trails along the oceanfront, then take the kids to any of the great beaches all close to this home. Awesome home, would definitely stay here again."Guest: Troy & Josie Date of Stay: November 2014 Review Submitted: November 29, 2014View listing
"I spent two weeks at this condo in April 2014 with my family, six in total. We found the condo well equipped, clean and comfortable. The photos listed are an accurate portrayal of the unit. The complex is well maintained, the pool, BBQ's, chairs and walks are cleaned daily. The grounds are immaculate. We met a number of neighbors and all we friendly and easy to get along with. The location is a five minute walk to Kamaole 1 beach and Cove Park is right across the street. It's a five minute walk to Starbucks and is walking distance to many other restaurants and retail outlets, including Snorkel Bob's. The only negative I can think of, and this is petty, is that the lanai was cramped with more than three sitting around the table there. There were five adults and one ten year old staying at the unit for two weeks and all found it very comfortable, and spacious. When we come back to Maui this is where we will stay again. I would recommend this unit to friends or family."Guest: Blair I. Date of Stay: April 2014 Review Submitted: May 1, 2014View listing
"This condo was by far the best one we have ever rented. We have stayed in Kihei 13 times, most of those in All'i Kai and have never come across a cleaner, more well appointed condo this one! We felt welcome from the moment we stepped in the door. The unit was spotless, decor was inviting and overall very spacious. We loved lounging on the lanai, watching the birds, geckos and seeing the ocean in the distance. Although the pool was just below our bedroom, there was very little noise as it closes at 9:00 PM. The entire complex seems to hush after 9:00. There were no issues with loud parties except for the Olympic gold medal hockey game during the day! We loved the beach equipment even boogie boards. The kitchen had everything you could ask for - small appliances, plastic glasses and dishes for BBQ area, bowls and serving dishes. We ate on the lanai most nights enjoying the breezes. Our favorite beach is Kamaole 1 which is really just across the street. There are a lot of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The owners gave an amazing detailed map to get to the condo and had lots of material available to show what there was to do on Maui. We will be staying here again. Just can't wait to get back!"Guest: Leslie Date of Stay: February 2014 Review Submitted: March 11, 2014View listing
"We had a great time at David and Kate's condo. The location was amazing, right across from the beach with access to great restaurants, grocery stores, shops and farmers markets. Sitting on the patio watching the sunset and listening to the ocean waves became a nightly ritual. The ocean views really were awesome! The condo was spotlessly clean and well stocked with everything we could need. The kitchen was set up for any type of cooking you might do including plastic dishes for the pool an BBQ area. My favorite thing about the condo were the discreet labels everywhere. I never had to wonder which light switch worked for the kitchen and which one was for the hallway. Because everything was labeled I didn't have to read a giant manual to figure anything out. The labels really made our stay easy. We didn't have to think about a thing and really felt well taken care of! Kate and David thought of everything so that we didn't have to!"Guest: mibcalle Date of Stay: September 2014 Review Submitted: October 27, 2014View listing
