"My hubby & I stayed at this perfect condo for our 8yr anniversary. So perfect! It's literally across the street from a beautiful beach with plush white sand. There are multiple walking distant grocery stores to choose from! Restaurants galore! The kitchen has everything u need! No need to stop at Costco, Safeway is maybe a 5 min drive away from the spot. The condo is equipped with 2 sized coolers (big & small) that are great to take for a picnic while exploring the Island. It seemed that every place we ventured to was only a 20 min drive away. Plenty of parking & their unit is right in front, near the convenient elevator. It's a very spacious layout. Plenty of room to comfortably fit 6 adults. In addition to the pullout coach, there's also a provided blowup mattress. Granted there is only one bathroom. We will be returning with our children! Kerry was a joy to work with. Always provided quick responses & even honored a lower price that was listed for the month prior. So very accommodating! The AA Oceanfront staff ( on-site management team) was also very quick to respond to questions & super polite & helpful. The AC unit is only provided in the front room however, we slept with the windows & sliding doors open & were very comfortable during September. My husband's temperature generally escalates pretty quickly but he didn't complain once. The temp was very comfortable! I highly recommend this location. As the heading states, best value! My cousins stayed directly across the street & their condo was $150 extra a night. Not worth the 100 yard walk, I promise! It feels like home & they truly make u feel like welcomed guest! Thank you Kerry!"Guest: Highly Satisfied & Then Some! Date of Stay: September 2014 Review Submitted: October 4, 2014View listing
"My family of four stayed here for just over two weeks in May, and my Mother joined us, making us a party of five, for one week. This condo was a fantastic value for what we paid. The location was perfect. Right by the beach, and everything is close enough that you don't need to travel far. Should you want to explore and tour about, the central location makes it a great starting point for every adventure. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there are all of the things you need for children (highchair, playpen, bathroom stool, life jackets and toys, etc). We BBQ'd a lot of our meals, and this unit couldn't be closer to the grills. The building is nice and quiet at night, and that made it easier for our little ones to sleep. On top of all of this great stuff...Carol is fantastic to deal with. She was always prompt answering any inquiries we had, and helpful as can be. We will be back!!"Guest: Rebecca L. "My husband and I stayed here for 9 days for our honeymoon. It was the perfect condo for what we needed! The condo had everything. So happy to find tons of beach gear (that we used every day) and there was also a yoga mat (which I am sad I never got a chance to use). It was a great location, across the street from Kamaole Beach 1. We had a great view on the lanai and it was nice being close to a coffee-shop, some restaurants and the beach. We found a lot of fantastic beaches within 5-15 minutes of where the condo was. It wasn't too far of a drive from the airport/Costco. The washer/dryer in the unit was fantastic. There were tons of beach towels and a cooler for picnic lunches. There were several guide books in the condo that we used every day. Wendy left some restaurant recommendations that we loved as well. The condo itself is older (the pool is very small and the elevator is sooo slow). But the unit we rented looked like it had been updated. Everything was clean, worked well and was comfortable. Would definitely recommend this condo for a vacation. We enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave!"Guest: Lisa E. Date of Stay: September 2014 Review Submitted: October 6, 2014View listing
"We are just home from two weeks at this condo. To give you a clear appreciation of how much we enjoyed it, we spent the last few days trying to figure out if we could return to it next year for three weeks. Coralie made the transaction seamless and the entire booking process was done with a few emails. The contract and instruction package was great and offered easy instructions and clarity. On arrival (we arrived very late, 11pm) stopped at Safeway for a days worth of groceries and arrived at the Hale Pau Hana about midnight. The instructions were clear and we were standing on the lanai within minutes looking out at the ocean. It was a gorgeous unobstructed southern view through a few palms. Though the unit could sleep 4 it was just right for the two of us. The unit was exactly as pictured, the kitchen quite newly done and had all the small appliances you needed as well as utensils et al. The rooms nicely appointed and the bedroom great with air conditioning, which was welcome as we had 2 weeks of 88-92 degrees and the wooden blinds kept it dark. The bed comfortable and ensuite a nice feature. The main shower was a very nice size and all bathrooms as well as the rest of the unit were clean. The morning view was grand, looking out at Molokini Atoll, watching the surf and the turtles feeding on the reef. Sunsets and moonsets were incredible. As far as location, the Hale Pau Hana was perfectly situated for restaurants and shops. We were totally enamoured with the condo and location, it lacked nothing."Guest: DJ Date of Stay: September 2014 Review Submitted: October 19, 2014View listing
