  • Comfortable condo that was so close to the beach and many services.

"Hello Dorli, We found the condo to be very clean and well taken care of and enjoyed our stay very much. Only a couple of minor things like a broken straps on the boggie boards (or at least one which Steve used). Another thought was to encourage visitors to lower the shades on the lanai (and tie them down) since we noticed it really makes a difference in keeping the place cool. We noticed from the outside that only a couple of units had lowered theirs in the heat of the day and it could make such a difference in energy consumption. Just a thought. I am sorry to hear you got a negative review from guests right before us, because that was very far from our experience! Thank you for providing a clean, well-equipped and comfortable condo that was so close to the beach and many services. Best Wishes, Wanda & Steve Daehlin"

  • The right place to be

"We stayed for 11 days and we were very happy with it. We had a small issue on check in but the owner was right on it and it was rectified to our satisfaction. The location is perfect. Close to everything in Kehei and right across the street from Kam 1 beach, which is SO nice. Beautiful sunsets from the beach, whales breaching, sea turtles and an awesome beach walk. Condo was equipped with everything in the kitchen, which we made good use of, and had beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys. Bed could have been softer but that's our preference. We absolutely loved Maui and want to go back and would definitely stay here again. Mahalo Rick!"

  • 3 weeks in paradise

"The view of the ocean was excellent and every evening we could watch the whales, amazing!! The location is great and is close to restaurants and shops. Jack (owner) was great to deal with and was always prompt with his responses. The condo was very clean and very well equipped. The beach is great and is a one minute walk from the condo, our grandchildren just loved it! The pool and barbeque areas are great as well."

  • Whale season at Royal Mauian- unit 106

"This was our first stay at Royal Mauian. It exceeded our expectations! I could hardly believe the beautiful view when we first walked into unit. Beautiful green granite on kitchen counters. Wonderful cooking appliances. Our unit was newly remodeled with all kitchen utensils that we would need. We like to take advantage of local produce, fish and homemade bread made at farmers markets. We mainly cook in and occasionally go out. The 6th floor of this building had new BBQ grills with tables that had a roof top view. Sat out there at night and watched whales and had our cocktails! Lots of local activities. We walked the beach 3 miles everyday. People were kayaking right in front of unit. Boogie boarding, paddle boarding and snorkeling. The weather was perfect this week.it couldn't have been better! Will definitely be back for another visit!"
