  • We loved this condo!

"We had a fantastic week staying at this condo! It is situated perfectly across from Kam 2 and the ground floor made for quick and easy access to the BBQs, pools, parking and beaches. It was great for our 8 month old to roam around, and everyone around us was so friendly! The condo is stocked full of everything you would need during your stay and is nicely updated. We hope to be back soon."

  • Picture Perfect Vacation

"I want to sincerely thank Diane for being such a wonderful host! Her condo was perfect and I couldn't have asked for anything more. From her tasteful island decor, the well stocked kitchen and abundance of beach gear I was covered 100% from arriving to my last breathtaking view off the Lanai. I will definitely be a returning customer as I get to Maui about once a year! Perfect in every regard!"

"The location of this condo is very close to the beach as the owner described to us . It was equipped with all you would need for a great vacation, including all beach chairs ,boogie boards etc. Also would be great for anyone with children as there was even a fold up playpen for babies. King sized bed in the bedroom was a plus as well. Washer/Dryer in condo .Very close to all amenities including restaurants shopping and great for a stroll after dinner(streets well lite) The property is very well maintained and clean.. Jerry was great , called us the day we got in to make sure everything was up to our expectations . I would definitely recommend this property to all ages and would definitely consider renting this condo again. Thanks Jerry for sharing your piece of paradise with my daughter and I in paradise. We absolutely loved it !!!! **Lynne **"

  • Great condo in great location

"My family of four (kids ages 12 and 6) stayed here for a week in November. I am always nervous to go to unfamiliar places and stay in unfamiliar housing. This time, my nervousness dissappeared completely when we checked out the condo and its surroundings. Everything worked for us! Location - Kihei, apparently, is the best for just relaxing and swimming (I heard that most other beaches are more "wavy" and more suitable for surfing), so here we were in Kihei and right across from the beach. I loved to have flexibility for the whole family to enjoy the beach: if my 12 year old wanted to go back to condo, she could! And I could stay by myself, and if family needed me I could immediately go back. That part was a huge positive for me. Condo - had everything we needed! We rarely eat out, so the kitchen was fully equipped with cooking essentials and dishes. I loved having a cooler and an ice pack, so we could take it with us when driving around exploring. There is full size coffee maker, gas range, oven, dish-washer. The little closet in the kitchen had all the cleaning supplies. Washer/dryer was a huge positive as well. As far as AC goes: my husband panicked when he saw no AC, however, it turned out that the climate was so pleasant, that fans were sufficient. There is a smart tv, so we could turn on Iheart radio and listen to pleasant music, if we did not want to watch tv. The owner responded with lightning speed to any communication, so I really appreciated it. When (not if) we go back to Maui, we will definitely try and book this condo again."
