  • Awesome Sunsets

"This property is across the street from Cove Park. Great views and sunsets. 180 degree view of the ocean and we saw whales splashing every day. The condo has been beautifully renovated and is well stocked. The complex itself is older but well maintained. Close to restaurants and shopping. Lots of beaches to choose from. You could stay here without a car due to the central location."

  • Best Value!

"My hubby & I stayed at this perfect condo for our 8yr anniversary. So perfect! It's literally across the street from a beautiful beach with plush white sand. There are multiple walking distant grocery stores to choose from! Restaurants galore! The kitchen has everything u need! No need to stop at Costco, Safeway is maybe a 5 min drive away from the spot. The condo is equipped with 2 sized coolers (big & small) that are great to take for a picnic while exploring the Island. It seemed that every place we ventured to was only a 20 min drive away. Plenty of parking & their unit is right in front, near the convenient elevator. It's a very spacious layout. Plenty of room to comfortably fit 6 adults. In addition to the pullout coach, there's also a provided blowup mattress. Granted there is only one bathroom. We will be returning with our children! Kerry was a joy to work with. Always provided quick responses & even honored a lower price that was listed for the month prior. So very accommodating! The AA Oceanfront staff ( on-site management team) was also very quick to respond to questions & super polite & helpful. The AC unit is only provided in the front room however, we slept with the windows & sliding doors open & were very comfortable during September. My husband's temperature generally escalates pretty quickly but he didn't complain once. The temp was very comfortable! I highly recommend this location. As the heading states, best value! My cousins stayed directly across the street & their condo was $150 extra a night. Not worth the 100 yard walk, I promise! It feels like home & they truly make u feel like welcomed guest! Thank you Kerry!"

  • Beyond relaxing!

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ron and Chris' condo. The renovation are outstanding, the unit is very well stocked with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Everything we needed was within walking distance and Charlie Young Beach across the street is our favourite. It was lovely to eat on the lanai in the morning and the evening and enjoy the view. It is a very quiet area and therefore perfect for a very, very relaxing and romantic holiday. Everyone we met and talked with was friendly and helpful. Fantastic, thank you."

  • Close to Lots

"erfect location in Kihei, across the street from the beach, nicely appointed unit, which is perfect for a couple. Owner was attentive to our questions. The unit was clean, with a great view of the pool. There is some road noise, but that is the price you pay for the location and view. Barbecues are well kept, as are all communal areas of the complex. There were children staying in the complex, great with the beach, but not lots of child-oriented amenities for them. Spend some time with the concierge who visits weekday mornings, especially for first timers, the bus tour to Hana he suggests is worth the cost versus driving yourself. 84 degrees every day, yet never used a/c with the lovely constant breeze."
