"Our family stayed here in November for a week. It was sort of a last minute decision and the owner,Lisa, was so helpful in making this work for us. My brother's family of 4, our family of 4 and my parents who rented the ohana all had a great time. House was clean and plenty of space for 4 kids ages 5-10 to run around. They also have snorkel gear, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. Great location to walk to the beach and also quick access to Piilani Highway to get to the airport or other parts of the island. It was so nice to wake up and go for a walk/run along the trails along the oceanfront, then take the kids to any of the great beaches all close to this home. Awesome home, would definitely stay here again."Guest: Troy & Josie Date of Stay: November 2014 Review Submitted: November 29, 2014View listing
"We enjoyed our stay at Palekaiko very much. Everything was as promised. It was so nice to have the lanai on the ground floor--we didn't have to worry about our kids making noise for people below us and with the lanai door key we could walk right back into the unit from the lawn. AC was a huge plus because the tropical storm that was skirting the islands caused very humid, hot conditions. You don't always need ac on Maui because of the breezes, but it was great to have it when we needed it. Sitting on the lanai there is a lovely garden view and we had a little red cardinal visit us the first day we were there. Kihei Akahi is in a great location across from Kam II beach. Working with the owners was very easy, Della is responsive, friendly and upfront on the details. Thanks so much, the rental experience could not have been better."Guest: Tina Date of Stay: October 2014 Review Submitted: October 31, 2014View listing
"We had an absolutely lovely experience staying in this unit. The condo was clean, recently renovated (the photos are accurate), had new appliances & televisions, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well appointed (toaster, coffee maker, salad spinner/bowl, wine glasses, garbage bags, cleaners, etc). Additionally I would like to add what a pleasure it was to work with Keiko and Tomoko. We had a few questions along the way and they were very helpful, prompt to reply or phone, and extremely kind. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone thinking of staying at the Royal Mauian, or Keihi in general. You won't be disappointed."Guest: K & J Bee Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: September 9, 2014View listing
