"This condo is a great place to stay. Has everything you need. My three friends, my baby and I all stayed here and there was plenty of room. Its walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Would stay here again."

"I loved the location. It's easy to get around and the beach is just right there. It met our expectations and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would suggest maybe, is another AC unit for the smaller room. We couldn't stay in that room cause it was too hot. The unit in the living room was not sufficient to keep that part of the condo cold or even cool enough to stay there. The place is big and met our needs. We were able to enjoy seatdown dinner. I loved the kitchen and the amnesties that were provided. We enjoyed our stay in the unit. We look forward to staying there soon!"

"Our family needed a place to stay for a few days while visiting family here on Maui. We had to book at the last minute, but the rates were still quite reasonable. The area around the condo can give you pause, but during our stay, we didn't run into any issues at all. As previous reviews mentioned, the bedroom is right by the main through way, but we did not run into any noise issues during our stay either.
The accommodations within the condo met all of our needs. Some of the nice things that stood out for us:
- Well-stocked kitchen
- Free and functional Internet
- Lots of bath/beach towels
- "Welcome/Christmas" gift bag.
About the only thing that was a drawback was the tiny little ants that showed up in the bathroom and kitchen, but given the recent rain that was in the area, I wouldn't consider this to be an everyday concern.
We would rent this property again."

"Maui Vista is located very close to KAM 1,2,3 and Charley Young beach. It's an excellent location in Kihei. We had great snorkeling off KAM 2 and 3 including swimming with turtles and beautiful reef and a good variety of colorful fish with easy access to reefs. Charley Young beach, right across from the resort, is a nice beach for swimming. Crosswalks make the across the street location work fine. We loved Kihei and would return to that area of Maui. There are cute open markets with good parking access, inexpensive restaurants, and a food truck with $4 fish tacos that were excellent! The pools are small but very nice after a swim in the ocean and were never busy. The unit was comfortable for our family of 5. I loved the tile floors as they were so much easier to keep clean and so much better when you come in wet from the beach or pool. The view from the lanai is better than the picture shows, and you can see it from the kitchen. Kids loved the loft area. Older carpet on stairs and loft was only real drawback. With only one air conditioner, and 90 degrees every day we were there, it had a hard time keeping up. Maybe taking it off the timer would help when it's really hot. Kitchen is well stocked. We thought the value of the unit was excellent, especially given the outstanding view and the location which we loved. Also, Paradise Vacations was an excellent rental company to work with. Overall, we would recommend this unit if you are looking for a reasonably priced condo for a family vacation in Maui!"
