  • Great Location and well Kitted out Condo in South Kihei

"Just spent 2 wks in condo and LOVED IT! First time in Maui & Hawaii and great introduction to the lovely, warm relaxing atmosphere of the islands. The condo had everything you could think of to make our stay comfortable and what with the ocean and sunsets just over the road and a fab swimming pool on site I was happy to stay home most of the time, but, easy to drive to most of the island sights. We are now in Oahu in a nice little condo, but yours has spoilt us for any other!!! Keep up the good standards, well done!"

  • 20-something couple's experience

"My girlfriend and I enjoyed staying in Debbie's condo for a week. This was our first trip to the islands. We came during the off-season but you'd never know it by the weather. What a great trip! We're both 20-something and were greatly out-numbered by the older folks in the complex. As such it made for a very quiet stay in the condo. Quick walk across S Kihei Rd and you have made it to a great snorkeling and lounging beach (Charley Young Beach). Centrally located nearby some must-try eats.. Kihei Caffe for brunch, Coconuts fish tacos, and Sansei restaurant while you are here! All are a short drive away. This place has a real beach condo feel. We told ourselves we would use the kitchen and grilling area more but ended up eating out just about every meal out of laziness. The bed was complete with a several inch thick foam topper -- so good. Bedroom has a slotted window that opens up into the hallway where your neighbors come and go. We left that window open our whole stay to keep the airflow going as I like it cooler when I sleep. You can hear people pass down the hallway a few inches from the bed. But aside from the few passersby, very quiet throughout the night. This place has a personal washer/dryer combo in the kitchen area which came in handy on more than one occasion during our stay. Will be in touch with Debbie next time we are back on the island. Thanks for the great stay, Debbie!"

  • very nice apartment

"We spent 10 days on our honeymoon in Jonathan's apartment! The place is very clean and decorated with taste, the backyard is perfectly taken care of with BBQ, lounge chairs, hot tob! We had everything we needed for snorkeling (even defogging agent) that we used almost everyday! It's centrally located for the morning sunrise on the Haleakaala, going to Lahaina or wailea or even Hana! We will certainly come back!!! And my husband Nick is still thinking about that delicious homemade banana bread you offered us!! Thanks Jon! Estelle & Nick"

  • Home away from home

"My husband and I arrived late Friday evening. Tracy had sent a detailed map of how to get to the condo as well as great info about restaurants and activities etc. We stopped on route to pick up some groceries. We arrived to a well decorated, clean and comfortable condo. Because we had arrived so late the office was closed but, there was a Kihei Kai Nani staff on hand still at the late hour to direct us and say a friendly Aloha! This was our first time to Maui and nothing could have prepared me for the magic and energy of this island! We awoke to birds singing and chirping, it sounded like we were in amongst the jungle. The wonderful staff checked us in and I left with fresh mangoes, oranges and bananas. With an offer to get us starfruit if we liked. Tracy has thought of every detail! Spices for seasoning your steaks for the bbq, coolers, beach towels, mats, boogie boards, ice packs for the cooler. Scrabble (so nice to play a game on the lanai, sipping your wine or blender drink. Yes, there is a blender!) The bed was comfy...great location, peek a boo ocean view, close to the pool and laundry. A book exchange in the laundrymat, great idea. Just a hop, skip and a jump to Kam Beach #2. Cafe O Lei, is a wonderful and delicious restaurant. 808 deli, right next door is yum! If you are looking for relaxation, beach time, and a place to recharge this is it! The only cons I would say is that it is a quiet complex 9-10pm kihei itself quiets down. We did have an issue while here with the A/C. It wasn't working, we talked to the staff and Tracy but, it did not get fixed while we were there. 8 nights total. Good think for the breeze and louver windows...If you are thinking of going to Maui, do it! I cannot rave enough about the ambiance, snorkeling, the locals, it truly is magical! If you want a home away from home and need some quiet time and a recharge. Tracy's condo is fantastic! Activities and places we went and did. La Perouse Bay for snorkeling, and amazing lava fields. Makena State Park (Big Beach) If you are a golfer or feel like a spa day check out Wailea! Wow, fancy schmanzy! Kamaole Beaches are great for boogie boarding, body surfing, snorkeling and watching the most romantic sunsets, the aquarium was great! Cloudy day hit here for sure! Mile 14, is an amazing stretch of beaches between Lahaina and Ma'alaea for snorkeling. The list goes on and on, we are for sure going back and will bring our kids (13&21) I have to share the magic!"
