  • Wonderful accommodation

"We stayed in Ellen's beautiful Maui home for 2 weeks with friends from England. This is one of the best units in the Royal Mauian being central on the ground floor right by the turtles. This truly is a home away from home with every possible amenity and kitchen gadget thought of. The condo is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We will certainly stay here the next time we come to Maui."

  • Great condo stay in South Kihei

"Stayed for 1 week end of Nov. Arrival was smooth, no problems accessing keys. Once inside, condo just like the pictures, even better. Just as mentioned in previous reviews, well stocked and equipped unit for a great holiday. Very close walk to the beach with nice beach chairs/cooler and boogie boards. Nice and quiet and a comfy bed. Nicely redone bathroom as well. Quality appliances and furniture. Spacious lanai with good table and chairs. The only thing was the gritty dusty tiled floor which I am assuming was from the windy afternoons coming in through the lanai doors. Nice amenities such as the hot tub, sauna and pool which was a little cool but refreshing. 2 tennis courts. Much easier to play on less windy days though! The beaches in the area were really nice and the water very clear. Mornings were great for snorkeling and swimming. The sand is very fine and soft. For people who jog or walk it has long sidewalks and the beach for doing both. A person who has stair climbing problems or knee problems may have issues as there are a fair number of stairs to climb even though it has elevators. Would recommend this property."

  • Perfect little slice of paradise

"My gf and I stayed here for about a week during our first trip to Hawaii, and we could not have asked for a better experience. The villas are almost directly on top of the beach and there are a ton of restaurants, shops, and bars within walking distance. The location is perfect if you're looking for adventure, too--way more accessible to Hana and Haleakala than West Maui, and if you do want to go posh for a night Wailea is just a short drive down the road. The owners supply everything you need--boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach mats, etc. and the washer and dryer were clutch to get the grime out from the day's adventure. Ralph is very friendly and hospitable; make sure you talk with him a bit and you'll learn some interesting things about the island. The kitchen is really well stocked too; there was a full knife set, plenty of cooking utensils, pots, pans, so theoretically you could cook all your meals there if you wanted to (but you'd miss out on a ton of great food around the island!). We were incredibly lucky to have chosen this place for our first visit to Hawaii, and it most certainly won't be our last. Just about the only thing helping my post-vacation blues is thinking about the next time I get to set foot here again. I almost don't want to recommend this spot so it's easier to book in the future, but that wouldn't be Aloha--stay here for your Maui visit, you won't be disappointed."

  • Beautiful condo at a great location

"Our family of seven adults had the most amazing time at this property. The owner was extremely helpful throughout the booking process and during our stay as well. We felt right at home with everything we could ever need supplied for us in the condo, including beach items which were so appreciated.. The location was perfect - so close to the beautiful beach, restaurants and easy access for all of our sightseeing trips. Highly recommended!"
