"My family of four stayed here for just over two weeks in May, and my Mother joined us, making us a party of five, for one week. This condo was a fantastic value for what we paid. The location was perfect. Right by the beach, and everything is close enough that you don't need to travel far. Should you want to explore and tour about, the central location makes it a great starting point for every adventure. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there are all of the things you need for children (highchair, playpen, bathroom stool, life jackets and toys, etc). We BBQ'd a lot of our meals, and this unit couldn't be closer to the grills. The building is nice and quiet at night, and that made it easier for our little ones to sleep. On top of all of this great stuff...Carol is fantastic to deal with. She was always prompt answering any inquiries we had, and helpful as can be. We will be back!!"Guest: Rebecca L. "Patricia's "little grass shack" was the perfect place to stay on our trip to Maui. My friend and I went to Maui for a girl's trip and were not disappointed by a single thing the entire vacation. Right away we were very happy with our location in Kihei. The weather in this part of the island was always sunnier and hotter than the other parts of the island. It's also a great central location to reach other destinations around the island. The condo itself is situated next door to some wonderful restaurants, shops, and rental agencies. It's also right across the street from a beautiful beach! There is a great luau close by, less than a15$ cab ride (because who wants to drive themselves home from a luau when the Mai thai's are so delicious). It's a quiet complex, with all the amenities needed to make us comfortable on our trip. Parking was never an issue in the big lot. The lanai also provided a little view of the beach! There were beach chairs and coolers ready available at the condo for our use, which proved extra useful for day trips away and for lunches at the beach. Patricia was very friendly, answered any questions we had, and was very flexible with our late night arrival time. I would definitely stay there again on any trip to Maui."Guest: Char Date of Stay: December 2014 Review Submitted: December 22, 2014View listing
"This property was exactly as stated, right across the road is the ocean, you can watch them learn to surf all day long. A perfect view on the sunset every night right from your Lania while relaxing with your favorite beverage, the pool area and BBQs are kept immaculate. close to all kinds of restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay here again, owner was great to deal with. Mahalo."Guest: Brad H. Date of Stay: January 2014 Review Submitted: January 22, 2014View listing
"The place was great! Had every thing we needed. It was close to restaurants and shopping. We walked to Fred`s and Moose`s (above Fred`s) Moose has a great Happy hour from 4 to 7 PM. The beach was across the street and lovely..The Condo has beach chairs and coolers and noodles for the pool. We went to the best luau in Lahaina,It is "LELE" on the beach overlooking the sunset. All drinks and food included,A 5 course dinner at your own private table. Also did the 8 line zip line, that was great! My daughter did a 4.5 hour snorkel trip in Lahaina, loved it.We also had dinner at Mama`s Fish house. Beautiful place on the beach and the food was good. Would definitely stay there again... .There are key pad cards on the bookcase that open the outside doors to the complex. The doors lock at 10 Pm.My daughter came in at 10.05 and called me to come downstairs to let her in We then figured out what those things were for:):) All in all a great place and a great trip.."Guest: Joan Date of Stay: October 2014 Review Submitted: October 21, 2014View listing
