"My husband and I recently spent a month in Neal and Joe's beautiful condo and highly recommend it both for the unit itself and even more importantly, for the thoughtfulness and consideration shown us by our hosts. We had to extend our stay due to hurricane Iselle and Neal went out of his way to enable us to stay safe and minimize the potential problems we may have had to face. Thanks! "Great location, very close to some of the better places to eat in kihei and centrally located between most of the rest of the island. Nice beaches right across the road, close to great snorkeling spots. The building was nice, clean kept up pool area. Nice garden areas. Overall a great value for what you pay. Our only complaints were that there were tiny, fruit fly sized, bugs on all of the counter tops and if you left any food unsealed, they got in it. Also the A/C stopped blowing cold air on the last few nights. I understand things happen and would still probably go back to this condo. Other than the bugs, it was a clean, comfortable place to rest at night."Guest: Brian Date of Stay: May 2014 Review Submitted: May 23, 2014View listing
"Very nice place in a nice building. While we did not take advantage, there is much to do at the condo, including tennis and swimming (we were too busy running around the island!) Concierge arranged our Road to Hana tour, which we enjoyed. Also did the bike ride off Haleakala after sunrise. Both tours picked us up right in front of the building. Nice shops and restaurants nearby, and the beach right across the road is excellent. Having the key in hand before we arrived was comforting, especially since we checked in late. Main bed in bedroom was very comfy, sofa bed was a sofa bed- but my boys said it was OK. Being able to shop and cook some helped the budget, and laundry facilities inside the unit are a big plus."Guest: Jeff S. Date of Stay: December 2013 Review Submitted: December 31, 2013View listing
