"My family of four stayed here for just over two weeks in May, and my Mother joined us, making us a party of five, for one week. This condo was a fantastic value for what we paid. The location was perfect. Right by the beach, and everything is close enough that you don't need to travel far. Should you want to explore and tour about, the central location makes it a great starting point for every adventure. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there are all of the things you need for children (highchair, playpen, bathroom stool, life jackets and toys, etc). We BBQ'd a lot of our meals, and this unit couldn't be closer to the grills. The building is nice and quiet at night, and that made it easier for our little ones to sleep. On top of all of this great stuff...Carol is fantastic to deal with. She was always prompt answering any inquiries we had, and helpful as can be. We will be back!!"Guest: Rebecca L. "Dorli, Just a short note of "thanx" for assisting us in the condo rental for our time in Hawaii. It was a wonderful vacation and a trip of a lifetime! Denise and I loved the island, the people, the restaurants, the facilities, the roads, the beach, and the condo. Two wonderful views of the ocean. Waking up to the sight and sound of the ocean was awesome. We purchased a book, Maui Revealed and it helped tremendously. We seen every major attraction available and that book was our guide. We travelled every hiway and covered the entire island. I'm sure there is still more to see but we left little to the imagination. It is our hope to repeat this in a few years however in the meantime I will pass on your name to anyone I know considering a trip to Maui! Take care, Blessings, Allan Robinson Denise McLean"Guest: Al Date of Stay: April 2014 Review Submitted: May 23, 2014View listing
"My husband and I just stayed here for a week after a friend's wedding. It was exactly what we needed for the price. It is a studio apartment facing the mountain in a building directly across from the beach. The apartment was small but clean, and had everything we needed for preparing small meals and heading to the beach for the day. The bathroom was very nice with a large walk-in shower. My only gripe was the bed. It was small and very springy, so every time I moved I disturbed my husband. I liked how there was no cleaning fee as long as we kept things tidy. We did not rent a car and used the bus and our feet to explore the beaches around Kihei. The condo is very close to shopping and dining and 3 beautiful beaches. You can see the ocean from the small 2nd floor pool. We didn't swim in it but it looked nice. The owner was very responsive in answering our questions and very friendly the two times we saw him in the hall. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. You can't beat the value."Guest: MH Date of Stay: January 2014 Review Submitted: January 9, 2014View listing
"Two couples shared this condo to celebrate two birthdays. One couple from Canada and one from New Zealand. We thoroughly enjoyed the well appointed condo from the kitchen, bedrooms, and availability of the beach / sporting equipment. The condo is very large and we never felt we were in each others way. Everything is new and clean and is full of extras. The proximity to the pool, beach, restaurants, grocery stores was ideal. No need to drive far for anything. Communication with the owners was excellent and quick. Would love to return in the future."Guest: Todd S. Date of Stay: October 2013 Review Submitted: November 4, 2013View listing
