  • Awesome location Awesome Condo

"This unit was such a great find! Perfect location on the ground floor. So close the the beaches and pool. We travelled with 4 adults and 2 kids (22 mo and 10 years old). This unit was perfect for a family since its on the ground floor and so close to everything. We walked across the street each morning for coffee, enjoyed shaved ice during the day. Lots of restaurants within walking distances. The 4 rooftop BBQ's were great, never a wait and always offered a beautiful view of the Maui sunset each night. The unit is fully stocked with plenty of kitchen cookware and appliances. Lots of towels, beach toys / chairs / umbrella etc. The patio has a great view of the ocean and we loved having the green area for the kids to run around. The outdoor patio is awesome because it is so large and offers great views of the ocean. Only complaint we have is there is no table to eat at on the patio and the outdoor patio chairs are really umcomfortable, but its a gorgeous set! Some cushions would be awesome and a small outdoor table to eat at would be an added bonus! We can't wait for our return visit next year!"

  • Beautiful Condo, everything you could ask for.

"This was our third stay in Terri and Gary's place and we will be back. It's exactly where we want to be. Reasonably priced, right in Kihei, and just a short drive to our favorite beach. As always the condo is stocked with everything we needed, chairs, coolers, umbrella, ice packs, even has lotion and aloe just in case. We love the bottom floor, very convenient to walk to where we want to be at a moment's notice. We had a great 3 week trip, caught up with our friends who live on-island, and made some new ones. Thank you so much, and we will most certainly return."

  • Perfect Place to Stay

"My husband and I just spent 2 weeks in this condo. We've stayed at the Banyan every year for the past 10 years and this is now our favourite unit. It is clean, quiet and private and conveniently located to the lower pool and a beautiful beach. The kitchen has been renovated with lovely counters and cabinets and is well stocked with good quality kitchen wares. The appliances were new and modern and the king size bed was super comfy. There were plenty of thick fluffy towels (beach towels too) and the furniture was new and very nice. Truly a home away from home that had everything we needed and more. The owners were very nice and easy to work with as well. We will definitely try to book this unit again for our next visit."

"Thank you for a wonderful stay! The ocean view from the lanai was great! The kitchen was well stocked, and the starter supplies for the condo (dish soap, toilet paper, shampoo, etc) were more than enough for me and my husband. We really appreciated the beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella! These were so handy for the beach and allowed us to stay longer much more comfortably at the beach. The beach is just a short walk from the condo and even though the main road that you have to cross in Kihei is busy, cars stop for you when you cross at the crosswalk. The three beach parks are great beaches and there are several good restaurants within a short walk. It was such a relaxing stay for us we never even turned on the TV! Mahalo and we hope to stay again!"
