"This condo was everything you could want for a relaxing stay in Kihei. The views were to die for any time of the day. A few quick steps and you were on the beach ready to bask in the sun and play in the waves. It was clean, comfortable and central. We enjoyed every minute we spent here and really didn't feel like it could get much better. An almost perfect vacation in a perfect vacation spot. Truly wonderful."Guest: Jim Date of Stay: March 2014 Review Submitted: March 15, 2014View listing
"My husband and two daughters ages 7 and 11 and I stayed here for 10 nights and celebrated my husband's and daughters birthday's. What a great condo, view and locaiton! We could not have been happier! We enjoyed the comfortable bed and hearing the waves at night. The views from the Lani's (two of them) were wonderful and sitting on the recliner deck chairs reading a book was a great place to start or end the day. My husband swam most mornings at the beach right out in front of the condo. We enjoyed barbequing on the roof-top deck after we picked up fresh fish at "Eskimo Candy" a local fish market. Many great resturants in walking distance. The mexican resturant across the street next to Boss Frogs was awesome. BYOB and live music on Tuesday! We rented most of our stuff from Boss Frogs and loved the underwater camera that we rented for the week. We found everything that we needed in the kitchen and it was great to have the washer and dryer right there. The beach chairs and cooler was great for day trips as we explored a new beach each day and took the cooler full of goodies with us on our full day trip to Hana. The trade winds allowed us to keep the windows and sliders open at night! Over-all a great condo and Milt is helpful and professinal. Making arrangements with him was simple. Thanks for sharing your piece of paridise with us! We will be back!"Guest: Stephanie Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: September 5, 2014View listing
"I'll add my voice to the many who say this condo is a great one and Denise (the owner) is wonderful. The view is great, the condo is clean and comfortable, and everything you need is within easy walking distance. The email you receive a couple of weeks before your stay is so full of great information that it's unbelievable! I've never had such great detail before a trip. I will mention two things that might save a few bucks, and illustrate one of the many things that make this one a winner: 1) Avoid shopping for anything until you have checked in. It is highly likely that the people before you left a lot of unopened food, drinks, and condiments. 2) Don't buy or rent beach stuff for the same reason. There is a bunch of it in the closet that Denise provides for her guests. Beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, fins, masks, snorkels, goggles, buckets, etc. I will DEFINITELY stay in Denise's condo again and HIGHLY recommend it to your family."Guest: Brad R. "We live on Maui now but before we moved here this was the place we ALWAYS stayed! Disregard any older negative reviews as the owners have completely updated and redone most of the condo, so it's better than ever. Also we never had an issue with the cleaning service they were using, even before the remodel. It's the top floor, best views, great beaches on each side, health food store and restaurants right across the street. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!"Guest: Forest Date of Stay: October 2013 Review Submitted: June 6, 2014View listing
