"The condo is in a great location in south Kihei in Maui. Numerous dining options within walking distance, the beach less than a block away and options for renting snorkeling, surfing, and booking excursions just across from the enterance to the condos. The condo itself was spacious, decorative, and well stocked with all that you could need, even beach chairs and an umbrella. Incidentally, the beach (Kamaole Beack I) is just outside the complex and across the street. The rooftop patio is too hot to use during the day but ideal in the late evening since it is directly in the sun all day with no umbrellas or shade. Keep in mind it is only open until 9. We only used it once and everyone was friendly and there are a reasonable amount of tables. The only pests we had were mosquitos as my daughters came in bitten up after an evening on the lanai, BRING BUG REPELLANT. It was hot and the living room wall AC did nothing to cool the 2 bedrooms at the front of the condo. Ceiling fans in those rooms were not enough and it would be great if fans could be put in both rooms or better yet a small AC unit. Another complex where some friends stood had them in rooms and they were quiet and worked great. Running the AC unit is not only noisy for anyone on the lanai but it gave off a lot of heat on the lanai. The pool was a good size and never too busy, no jacuzzi. Vince and Rose who own/manage the place were absolutely lovely! They were not only courteous and welcoming but helpful in providing information. The keychain discount card they give you for the local supermarket is a must for any shopping at that store. I recommend stopping at Costco, Wal-mart, or K-mart when leaving the airport when you arrive to buy anything you might need. Safeway is a short drive away from the condo also, which is the only place we found Tajin for our Micheladas. Overall, we had a great time and would gladly stay at this condo again."Guest: Family from Stockton Date of Stay: September 2014 Review Submitted: October 13, 2014View listing
"Love how your condo is decorated. I admired the fish above the sliding door and am looking for some like them for my home. The view, amenities, beaches and shopping resulted in a very pleasant four days for us. Thank you very much for providing such a lovely place for us to enjoy our visit. I highly recommend it and should I travel to Maui again I will be in touch. Mahalo"Guest: Connie Date of Stay: October 2014 Review Submitted: November 19, 2014View listing
"Ross & Mary: We wanted to let you know we had a great time at your Condo in Kihei celebrating our 40th Wedding Anniversary and will definitely try to book it when we go back in a couple of years. The view from the Lanai is fantastic and we spent a lot of the time that we were in the Condo there looking out over the grounds and ocean. It was great waking up in the morning to the sounds of the birds and other than that it was quiet in the unit. The Condo is very well equipped and also has everything we required for our time at the beach and pool. The fact that the complex is so close to the beaches, restaurants and shops was great as we used our rental car very little. Again thanks for everything and we'll talk again in two years."Guest: Bruce H. Date of Stay: April 2014 Review Submitted: May 6, 2014View listing
"This is our fifth stay at Bill's Condo in Kihei, our 10th visit to Maui. The condo provides everything we need for our 15 night vacations. It has a great view, great location, clean unit, with all the essentials. We have bought beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and various stuff over the years to add to the collection. Bill has always been very responsive to any questions we have, and a great guy to deal with. It is a short drive to the "rich folks" beaches in Wailea, plenty of great places to eat in Kihei, and everything we could ask for, which is why we keep coming back every year. Great beach across the road, cinnamon rolls and restaurants within walking distance. What more could anyone want??"Guest: James G.
