"We absolutely loved our stay at this condo. The upgrades and condition of the unit were as good as the pictures show. Great location just a short stroll from beautiful Kamaole Beach 2. We loved having Moose McGillicudy's and Denny's restaurants pretty much right next door for super good food. Kathy was very good to deal with and made the process smooth and easy. We would definitely rent this condo from Kathy next time we are fortunate enough to travel back to Maui. Aloha !!"Guest: Brent & Debbie Date of Stay: April 2014 Review Submitted: June 30, 2014View listing
"This Maui Vista condo was Great! The view was stunning and the pictures were spot on. It was my family’s first trip to Hawaii. We came for my sister's wedding and we had the best condo by far compared to the rest of the guests (3 other complexes and 5 families). The location was in a prime spot to walk to restaurants and the access to the beach is almost too easy. The 1st floor bedroom was a little warm but there was a heat wave going on. This condo did however have fans available besides the ceiling fans. Again the only one out of all the guests to offer this and they came in extremely handy. Being there for a wedding meant we had several things we needed to get done. Cakes were baked and mints were all made due to the fact that the condo already had the supplies in the kitchen. The access to the elevator and grills was also a blessing. No walking or reserved parking required. Parking was always easy and available. The binder in the unit listing activities, shopping, restaurants, etc, was fantastic. Again for first timers everything they had to offer and assist made our visit more stress free and enjoyable. My family as well as my sister’s new family has said when we return we will be checking the availability of this unit."Guest: 1st Timers Date of Stay: October 2014 Review Submitted: November 11, 2014View listing
"This condo is part of an older property but the unit has been updated well--it's super clean and comfortable, feels well cared for. The square footage is small but the furniture is just right so it is not crowded, and the huge TV screen is a plus. The location is great, just a block from the south Kihei beaches but enough off the road that you don't hear traffic noise. Another plus is that the owner, Ryan, is really nice and is responsive if you need anything. I'm sure we'll go back here--you can't beat the combination of price, location, and quality."Guest: Laura Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: August 12, 2014View listing
"My family of four (kids ages 12 and 6) stayed here for a week in November. I am always nervous to go to unfamiliar places and stay in unfamiliar housing. This time, my nervousness dissappeared completely when we checked out the condo and its surroundings. Everything worked for us! Location - Kihei, apparently, is the best for just relaxing and swimming (I heard that most other beaches are more "wavy" and more suitable for surfing), so here we were in Kihei and right across from the beach. I loved to have flexibility for the whole family to enjoy the beach: if my 12 year old wanted to go back to condo, she could! And I could stay by myself, and if family needed me I could immediately go back. That part was a huge positive for me. Condo - had everything we needed! We rarely eat out, so the kitchen was fully equipped with cooking essentials and dishes. I loved having a cooler and an ice pack, so we could take it with us when driving around exploring. There is full size coffee maker, gas range, oven, dish-washer. The little closet in the kitchen had all the cleaning supplies. Washer/dryer was a huge positive as well. As far as AC goes: my husband panicked when he saw no AC, however, it turned out that the climate was so pleasant, that fans were sufficient. There is a smart tv, so we could turn on Iheart radio and listen to pleasant music, if we did not want to watch tv. The owner responded with lightning speed to any communication, so I really appreciated it. When (not if) we go back to Maui, we will definitely try and book this condo again."Guest: travelerlj Date of Stay: November 2014 Review Submitted: November 17, 2014View listing
