"Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful week staying in this condo. Great location-centrally located in the Keihi-Waliea area and walking distance to restaurants and the beach. The beach gear left in the closet was a plus, and the top floor was very quiet and comfortable. The only downside was the AC unit didn't make it to the bedroom."Guest: Ridge Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: September 13, 2014View listing
"My husband & I were lucky enough to spend a month in this great condo. It was our second time at this particular condo and this is definitely the place we will stay should we return again someday. The owners are fantastic and go above and beyond for their guests. One of our favorite places to eat was "808 Bistro" which is a short walk from the condo. Superb food and really nice atmosphere not to mention the service was awesome as well. We have to say our favorite activity was the Pacific Whale Foundation whale tour. We went on Christmas Eve at 9am and saw 3 full hours of whales "showing off" for us. You have to experience this amazing tour to realize how magical these creatures are. Our favorite beach is Kam II right across the street for sunbathing and swimming in the ocean. Our favorite sightseeing beach by far was "Ho'okipa" on the northshore. The waves were gigantic - we could have watched the surfers all day. They were so much fun to watch. Not a beach to go swimming though:) Once again Bill & Laurie thank you so much for everything you did for us while we were there. It was absolutely perfect and we loved every minute of it. You guys are the best:) Mahalo!"Guest: Steve & Laurie Date of Stay: December 2013 Review Submitted: February 3, 2014View listing
"This condo was by far the best one we have ever rented. We have stayed in Kihei 13 times, most of those in All'i Kai and have never come across a cleaner, more well appointed condo this one! We felt welcome from the moment we stepped in the door. The unit was spotless, decor was inviting and overall very spacious. We loved lounging on the lanai, watching the birds, geckos and seeing the ocean in the distance. Although the pool was just below our bedroom, there was very little noise as it closes at 9:00 PM. The entire complex seems to hush after 9:00. There were no issues with loud parties except for the Olympic gold medal hockey game during the day! We loved the beach equipment even boogie boards. The kitchen had everything you could ask for - small appliances, plastic glasses and dishes for BBQ area, bowls and serving dishes. We ate on the lanai most nights enjoying the breezes. Our favorite beach is Kamaole 1 which is really just across the street. There are a lot of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The owners gave an amazing detailed map to get to the condo and had lots of material available to show what there was to do on Maui. We will be staying here again. Just can't wait to get back!"Guest: Leslie Date of Stay: February 2014 Review Submitted: March 11, 2014View listing
"The best vacations start with where you have to live while there! This condo was the perfect home for our family of five. The two rooms and bathrooms separated by a very comfortable living and dining space made for a pleasant stay for my husband and three grown daughters. The condo boasts beautiful interior, functional kitchen with all ammenities, and plenty of beach toys, towels, chairs, etc. to use when you need. The beach is so close and all the fun and wonderful things Kihei has to offer are just minutes away! This was our third time in Kihei and by far our most enjoyable because of this condo, it's ammenities and location, and it's comfort!"Guest: Tammy K.
