  • Amazing stay!!

"The owners were so kind and wonderful to deal with. Everything you see is there and more, this condo is centrally located and in the best area. So quiet!! Thanks Carole for making sure we had all we needed, everything worked in the unit so well. I love your washer, dryer unit. Thanks also for all the little things like laundry soap, dishwasher soap, towels, beach chairs, road to hanna cd, cooler for beach, Chinese checkers, and so much more. Will come back for sure. Also thanks for saving us on our last night with late check out. It was raining we couldn't have imagined sitting at the airport all day. The hot tub was also exceptionally hot! Thanks again."

  • Best place in Kihei!

"It doesn't get any better than this. The unit shares a hot tub and pool with only 3 other units, so we had the pool to ourselves the whole time. The pool is one of the better pools I've seen because the bottom is completely tiled - no raw feet after a week of pool time. The unit had a box of shared snorkel equipment, and boogie boards so that saved us some rentals (lots of masks). Note - the pool has a vacuum gizmo that must be avoided while swimming but it keeps the pool clean. (It's about 7 ft deep in the deep end.) The unit has water views nearly everywhere. The kids slept downstairs in the double-queen room which is below ground so it stayed dark and upstairs noise didn't bother them. The beach is just through the gate and to the left. Snorkel early (8am) out front and you'll most likely see lots of sea turtles, but do it early. This region of the island gets windy from 11am to 5pm so that reduces snorkeling visibility (and bigger waves). The grassy area out side the gate is a public park but doesn't have much traffic. It was nice to have a parking area behind a private gate (the other car parked on the street). Everything is very well maintained. The kitchen is very well stocked with cooking equipment and spices. The rental company (Rentals Maui) even has it's own app that has useful info!!!"

  • Sunset + Mai Tai = Life is GOOD!

"Royal Mauian 209 provides a PERFECT location to enjoy the beautiful Maui sunset and have a Mai Tai on the oceanfront lanai. It just doesn't get any better than this...only 20 yards from the waves crashing against the sea wall as the sea turtles entertain visitors. The Royal Mauian is located between two of the best beaches on Maui and has a great snorkeling spot right out front of the condo to swim with the sea turtles and explore the beautiful reef. You are also right across the street from a variety of restaruants and shops. The decor is updated and comfortable and goes hand in hand with the Million Dollar View!"

  • Great Location, great condo!

"I travel to Maui quite a bit(5 hour flight from SFO) and this year we had a family reunion and needed extra space. This place was awesome and fit my needs. I even cooked Thanksgiving dinner for 10 people in this condo!! Great location, especially after spending all day swimming with the turtles at Mekena Landing and too tired to cook, you just have to walk down the drive way for a selection of restaurants and bars(great happy hours). Sarah was a gracious host and I would stay there again!! Ditto to all the other reviews!!"
