"First time at this condo and we were quite pleased with the location. It was easy to walk to great restaurants and the natural food store. The condo was super quiet making it easy to get a good nights sleep. It was clean and included great beach items like chairs and boogie boards. It also included a small washer and dryer, which was quite handy. I also was happy it had a rice cooker! That was a plus. We would definitely stay here again and likely will. And easy free parking!"Guest: Alisa Date of Stay: March 2014 Review Submitted: April 5, 2014View listing
"My wife and I just got back from 10 days staying at this marvelous location. Everything was EXACTLY as described, -perfectly appointed kitchen and super-convenient to the Makena beaches we love. (Even a beach umbrella!) The only downside was the lack of A/C. During our stay the trade winds (normally quite reliable this time of year) failed. The Kona conditions (as Hurricane Ana approached) made for rather stifling nights the first week. However, the extra small fan in the bedroom saved the day (or more appropriately, "saved the nights") and we got through it just fine. We will ABSOLUTELY be back!"Guest: JLH Date of Stay: October 2014 Review Submitted: October 26, 2014View listing
"This is a lovely condo, conveniently located near beaches, shopping, and restaurants. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with appliances and cooking utensils and the Lanai is a wonderful place to enjoy breakfast. During our stay we used the boogie boards, beach chairs, and beach towels that were available with the rental; a great convenience. The owners are very nice and responsive. Be aware there are some stairs to get to the condo and no air conditioning. We were gone each day from mid-morning until bed-time and the provided fans and open bedroom window and Lanai door kept us comfortable. While we did not get a chance to use the swimming pool or grills, they are conveniently located and look great. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this rental to friends and family."Guest: cindy r. Date of Stay: January 2014 Review Submitted: February 13, 2014View listing
"The condo was very well equipped for cooking, eating & entertaining kids. We were unlucky to have an extremely hot week on Maui, so more fans would have been appreciated, and the AC was not the best. Chances are your trip won't be in the 90's with high humidity, so that shouldn't be a problem. Condo was clean and quiet. Best part was the pool - it was super clean and private. Families with young kids - this is one of the best bargains you'll find."Guest: Brandon B. Date of Stay: October 2014 Review Submitted: November 1, 2014View listing
