  • Great Place, Great Location, Great Price

"This condo was perfect for our stay. It is up to date with plenty of room for the four us that stayed (Two adults & two children). It had everything we needed for our stay. Great ocean view, plenty of restaurant's and shopping within walking distance. Great view from the lania. We did not use the A/C as the ceiling fans worked perfect. Cindy was a pleasure to work with from the very first phone call and was very helpful with any questions we had during our stay. This condo very affordable and worth more but it wasn't more. This condo will be my first pick on any future visits."

  • Great Place for a Maui Vacation

"The location was great - a short walk away from beautiful beaches, great snorkeling and amazing sunsets. Shops and restaurants to meet most any need as well. The condo was well equipped - from the kitchen to water toys and chairs to use at the beach. The only thing I can say that can be either good or bad depending on your taste, is you overlook the BBQ. The good - you know when it is available - the bad, for us, you sometimes get the smoke in the condo. Overall I loved sitting on the balcony which also overlooked some beautiful plants and a nice little green area. It was protected from the wind so even if the Trade Winds kicked up you can sit out. The owner was great - went out of her way to get us an extra hour which really helped us since our flight was late in the day."

  • Wonderful

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Kester Condo. It was very clean and it was great to have good quality utensils and linens. The cupboards were well stocked with spices and any cleaning supplies you would need. Bed was very comfortable which was a plus. Walking distance to anything you need if you don't have a car. Would stay there again for sure."

  • Great location, great value and friendly staff

"If you plan to stay in south Kihei, you will not find a better location and value. This condo was perfect for us - two adults and a 1 1/2 year-old. It is roomy, comfortable, and clean. This condo is a bit dated compared to others in the complex, but it is a corner unit in building 5 so it is ideal. The kitchen has all the basics so we were able to cook a few meals, and our son used the condo's beach toys every day. The pool is a few yards away, but it is not noisy. The lanai faces a large open space on the north side so it is very quiet and private. The staff and neighbors at Kihei Kai Nani are friendly and helpful! KKN is directly across from Kam ll, but close enough to walk to the other two Kam beaches. There are lots of restaurants, shops and a great little grocery store nearby (Hawaiian Moons). The things that could be improved are not a very big deal and would not keep me from staying here again. With that said, some of the curtains and blinds should be replaced soon. Especially in the bedroom because they cannot be closed all the way and it can get pretty bright from the office lights at night and early morning sun. Also, it would have been nice if the unit came with a portable crib (pack-and-play) and stroller. We found out from neighbors that most other units have one, but we had the added expense of renting one. All things considered, we would stay here again!"
