"erfect location in Kihei, across the street from the beach, nicely appointed unit, which is perfect for a couple. Owner was attentive to our questions. The unit was clean, with a great view of the pool. There is some road noise, but that is the price you pay for the location and view. Barbecues are well kept, as are all communal areas of the complex. There were children staying in the complex, great with the beach, but not lots of child-oriented amenities for them. Spend some time with the concierge who visits weekday mornings, especially for first timers, the bus tour to Hana he suggests is worth the cost versus driving yourself. 84 degrees every day, yet never used a/c with the lovely constant breeze."Guest: Robert M. "The place was great, had everything we needed to make food instead of eating out for every meal. Also it's in a great location in Kihei, across from the beach if that's what you like to do, and close to activities at the airport area, shopping in Wailea, nice drive to Lahaina. Location of the unit is great too, first one in the building so when carrying stuff to and from your car it's right beside the parking lot. Would definately recommend!"Guest: Jim M. "The location is as described. It is very well equipped and convenient. There is direct access to the pool. The location is perfect : close to the beach (5min walk), to lot of restaurants, to a supermarket. And a very nice Sunset every day with coconut from the terrasse. There were also books for all the family. (My little girls really enjoyed) Points to improve : - communication : we only knew the address 3 days before departure : stressful - the barbecue was so dirty that we couldn't use it - the bath had no plug and we couldn't use it as shower because the power jet was too strong : it hurt We really enjoyed our stay. Sorry for my English, I am French !"Guest: Laetitia Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: September 24, 2014View listing
"The owners here have thought of everything for the people staying at their condo. Boogie boards, sand chairs, snorkel gear, plus all the amenities one could ever think of. The owners decorated this unit beautifully plus the computer and wifi were a bonus. The only downside was the Maui Banyan was under construction, both pools not useable, painting and construction going on and around the grounds, but that was not the fault of the condo property owners. I highly recommend this unit for rental."Guest: Michael C. Date of Stay: May 2014 Review Submitted: June 23, 2014View listing
