"We enjoyed our stay at Palekaiko very much. Everything was as promised. It was so nice to have the lanai on the ground floor--we didn't have to worry about our kids making noise for people below us and with the lanai door key we could walk right back into the unit from the lawn. AC was a huge plus because the tropical storm that was skirting the islands caused very humid, hot conditions. You don't always need ac on Maui because of the breezes, but it was great to have it when we needed it. Sitting on the lanai there is a lovely garden view and we had a little red cardinal visit us the first day we were there. Kihei Akahi is in a great location across from Kam II beach. Working with the owners was very easy, Della is responsive, friendly and upfront on the details. Thanks so much, the rental experience could not have been better."Guest: Tina Date of Stay: October 2014 Review Submitted: October 31, 2014View listing
"This was a perfect location. So much to see and do very close to the condo. I loved drinking coffee on the patio each morning enjoying the beautiful view. The condo itself was very clean and comfy. Perfect for a get-a-way. It had everything you need and more. I highly recommend it! If I come back to Kihei, I definitely want to rent it again."Guest: Susan H. "We were fortunate to rent this unit in Kihei Kai Nani for an eight night stay. The owner was great to work with for our trip and were able to send in a check and he held our reservation. Our plane arrive in the morning and since the unit was ready, we were able to check in early. What a great condo to stay in while visiting Maui. We especially like to stay in Kihei because of the beaches which were about 3 minutes away. We loved walking on the beaches, snorkeling, swimming, walking on paths near beach and walking over to view the sunset each night. This was all right at our finger tips. This unit was very quiet as it was an end unit and the lanai looked out onto grass and trees. We ate our meals at the table on the lanai. The condo was well furnished and the kitchen was well equipped. The King bed was very comfortable. Stop at Costco after leaving the airport on your way to Kihei and pick up some needed supplies. We love the fresh pineapple, Maui Gold, which they sell. We love eating at Coconut's for their tacos. We also always go to Paia to eat a fish sandwich at the Paia Fish Market. Besides snorkeling at the rock points at the Kamaoli Beaches, we also like snorkeling at Ulua Beach, Wailea. All of these have easy entry from the beach. Thank you for a great vacation."Guest: Julie and Don Date of Stay: October 2014 Review Submitted: November 15, 2014View listing
"My husband and I just spent two weeks in this lovely and comfortable condo. It was nice and clean, well appointed with everything we needed including beach gear, and a comfortable king size bed. We have stayed in South Kihei before and we love staying here. There are three great beaches just across the street, several good restaurants/shopping within walking distance, and a natural grocer about two blocks away. We love awaking to the birds singing in the morning. We highly recommend this condo and complex. We have already reserved a stay for next year."Guest: Lana Smith Date of Stay: January 2014 Review Submitted: February 7, 2014View listing
