  • Great location, great value and friendly staff

"If you plan to stay in south Kihei, you will not find a better location and value. This condo was perfect for us - two adults and a 1 1/2 year-old. It is roomy, comfortable, and clean. This condo is a bit dated compared to others in the complex, but it is a corner unit in building 5 so it is ideal. The kitchen has all the basics so we were able to cook a few meals, and our son used the condo's beach toys every day. The pool is a few yards away, but it is not noisy. The lanai faces a large open space on the north side so it is very quiet and private. The staff and neighbors at Kihei Kai Nani are friendly and helpful! KKN is directly across from Kam ll, but close enough to walk to the other two Kam beaches. There are lots of restaurants, shops and a great little grocery store nearby (Hawaiian Moons). The things that could be improved are not a very big deal and would not keep me from staying here again. With that said, some of the curtains and blinds should be replaced soon. Especially in the bedroom because they cannot be closed all the way and it can get pretty bright from the office lights at night and early morning sun. Also, it would have been nice if the unit came with a portable crib (pack-and-play) and stroller. We found out from neighbors that most other units have one, but we had the added expense of renting one. All things considered, we would stay here again!"

  • Excellent condo for Maui vacation!

"The location of this condo is perfect! Across the street from the beach, easy driving access to all Maui sites, and with a beautiful pool area and tennis courts. We stayed here for a week and found the condo to be comfortable, clean, and well stocked for our stay. Located near restaurants and markets so we could walk to many places when staying around the Kihei area."

  • The perfect getaway at the right price!

"Maui Vista is a GREAT condo to rent for your vacation getaway! We rented the condo for a week and found that it had everything we required for a stress-free and enjoyable stay! First, the locationis perfect! It is on the ground level and a short walk to the parking lot so carrying in groceries or shopping bags was a breeze. We often made use of the coolers and beach chairs and walked the short distance (across the street) to Charlie Young Beach. I have stayed in condos further south and thus tried out Kamaole Beaches I & II but I have to say...Charlie Young is my favorite! The condo was clean and full of necessities (dishes, condiments, towels, etc..). The Lanai was perfect for drinking our morning coffee. The bed was comfortable which is important for me due to a long history of back problems. All in all it was an easy check-in and check-out. Hassle free is what we wanted and what we got. You will enjoy your stay here too!"

  • Great Stay in Kihei!!

"This condo had everything we needed for a great stay in Kihei, and was a perfect starting point for most of our activities (Road to Hana, sunrise at Haleakala, Mama's Fish House, and more). Condo was very clean and well cared for, and the A/C was very much appreciated! You are steps away from a beautiful and beach and great waterfront dining/happy hour is available right next door. Highly recommend breakfast at the Kihei Caffe if you stay in this area (about a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive)."
