  • Great location, great condo!

"We usually travel via Timeshare ownership but had nothing available to match up with a following week we had already scheduled so I decided to go through VRBO. No doubt I chose this rental due to it being the lowest price. Little did I know it would be everything I could ask for. Very clean, incredibly equipped, short walk to one of the best beaches, walking distance to many restaurants (Fred's burritos are HUGE and Da Kitchen has great mixed plates) and shops and the unit itself is stocked with all the beach equipment you'll need plus movies and books. We have rented from private condo owners before and the quality was like night and day. Thank you Jeff and Madir for anticipating and providing so many things that a traveler would want. AND for mailing me the shirt I forgot. :)"

  • Very nice Condo, Great Location

"Very nice place in a nice building. While we did not take advantage, there is much to do at the condo, including tennis and swimming (we were too busy running around the island!) Concierge arranged our Road to Hana tour, which we enjoyed. Also did the bike ride off Haleakala after sunrise. Both tours picked us up right in front of the building. Nice shops and restaurants nearby, and the beach right across the road is excellent. Having the key in hand before we arrived was comforting, especially since we checked in late. Main bed in bedroom was very comfy, sofa bed was a sofa bed- but my boys said it was OK. Being able to shop and cook some helped the budget, and laundry facilities inside the unit are a big plus."

  • Loved it!

"This condo is beautifully decorated and very well appointed. It has everything except A/C but we kept the doors and windows open and the temp was always comfortable. There were boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas and plenty of beach towels. There are 4 grills on the roof top, but get there early as it gets very busy around 6:30pm. We saw several turtles in front of the condo. Paddleboards can be rented right across the street. Go to Coconuts Fish Cafe for great fish tacos! Kihei Cafe was recommended to us for breakfast, but we never made it there. The kids enjoyed using the Night Sky app on our phones to stargaze. We loved this condo and Kihei. Can't wait to go back. Enjoy!"

  • Great time; nice condo!

"We enjoyed our recent vacation to Maui. We were traveling with our two children, so I had been looking for a place that was kid-friendly. The condo is very comfortable and without breakable items, which made it relaxing for me; I didn't want to be worried that they would break or damage anything. The condo has a bit of wear and tear, but nothing terrible; I was perfectly comfortable staying there. The condo location could not have been better. Oceanfront. Ocean & beach views from master bedroom window and lanai. The sun came in at an angle in the late afternoon, but not for long and it was easy enough to briefly close the wooden blinds during that period. The beach is RIGHT THERE. It was great just to go down one floor, walk across some grass, and be on the beach. My kids were in heaven; they loved swimming and boogie boarding at the beach. The weekends got a bit crowded, but nothing compared to other beaches. The weekdays were great without crowds at all. We always had a perfect spot to sit and watch the kids play in the water. The pool was a fun spot for the kids, too. Overall, we had a great time. The only downside was that the trade winds stopped a few days, which made it really hot and humid. The unit doesn't have A/C, but it does have ceiling fans in every bedroom, kitchen, family room, and lanai. For the most part it was fine, but by the end of the trip, I was wishing for some cooler weather and less humidity."
