  • So comfortable, you feel like Ohana (family)

"My husband and I had a wonderful 1 week stay in this condo. The owners and local on-island agent were all very attentive and truly interested in making us feel welcome. There is no air conditioning in the unit but keeping the doors open allow for the trade winds to blow through nicely. The furnishings in the unit are beautiful yet comfortable, especially the bed! One feature we really appreciated was the keypad entry for the door. It was so great not to have to carry keys or a key card around. It has all the comforts you would expect from home and no need to worry about buying/bringing things like paper products, ziplock bags, cling wrap, spices, condiments etc. We especially appreciated using the beach chairs and different sizes of coolers for our adventures. There were 2 sets of snorkel gear there as well but we had brought our own. Tennis rackets and a set of golf clubs are also available for use. The owners invite you to use anything you find in their condo which we felt a little uneasy about at first, but really shows that they are extending their Aloha and want your stay to be relaxing and worry-free! The location in south Kihei is directly across from the beach Kamaole 2. The unit is in building C, quite close to the entrance of the resort (and the pool/BBQ area), so getting to the beach is easy and takes less than 5 minutes. Many shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. My husband and I both agree that this stay on Maui was our best vacation ever and feel that being in this condo had a lot to do with it. We would absolutely stay here again!"

  • Overall Happy...

"Great location, very close to some of the better places to eat in kihei and centrally located between most of the rest of the island. Nice beaches right across the road, close to great snorkeling spots. The building was nice, clean kept up pool area. Nice garden areas. Overall a great value for what you pay. Our only complaints were that there were tiny, fruit fly sized, bugs on all of the counter tops and if you left any food unsealed, they got in it. Also the A/C stopped blowing cold air on the last few nights. I understand things happen and would still probably go back to this condo. Other than the bugs, it was a clean, comfortable place to rest at night."

  • We loved this condo!

"We had a fantastic week staying at this condo! It is situated perfectly across from Kam 2 and the ground floor made for quick and easy access to the BBQs, pools, parking and beaches. It was great for our 8 month old to roam around, and everyone around us was so friendly! The condo is stocked full of everything you would need during your stay and is nicely updated. We hope to be back soon."

  • Time in Paradise

"Zapher's condo is in a perfect place, just a tiny walk to a great beach! The condo was a perfect place to cook up a great meal and watch the sun go down. Candace was wonderful to bring us a bottle of champagne when she learned it was our 30 year wedding anniversary. The next day she surprised us with 2 loaves of her famous Banana Bread. Pillows and bedding are really nice, decore is fun and colorful, pool and jacuzzi are a bonus! The stairs would be a challenge for someone with a disability--but perfect for anyone else!"
