"Having now stayed in 3 VRBO condos in Hawaii, my wife and I were very pleased with this condo. I think it's very suitable for a couple or a small family on a middle-class budget. The rental company is professional and sends you all the info you need in a single email that is easily printed. The condo is walking distance to shops, a grocery store, and restaurants in Kihei and right across from the beach. Although the condo is on a busy street, it is "set back" enough that you don't hear traffic too much. It even has a porch with a view of the sunset. My only complaint is that the air conditioner is on the opposite side of the condo from the bedroom so my wife got hot while sleeping during the warmer days. But at least it has AC, right? The appliances are older but function. If you want fancy accommodations there are newer hotels and condos but of course you will pay more. This was very reasonable and we would try to stay here again if we come back to Kihei again. Mahalo!"Guest: SG Date of Stay: February 2014 Review Submitted: February 27, 2014View listing
"First of all, thank you so much to Ann for making everything perfect for our anniversary! The condo was SUPER CLEAN, that is very important to us, Kerri does a great cleaning job! You couldn't of asked for a more convenient location, so close to the beach, stores, restaurants and what a perfect spot for the AMAZING SUNSETS! The pool was very clean and warm, we used the BBQ's alot as well as the laundry room. The bed was nice and comfortable and the kitchen had all you need to make any meal easily. Every morning we sat on the lanai and had coffee and listened to all the birds then walked to the beach 2 blocks. Ann has a GREAT assortment of anything you need for the beach, including a cooler, which we used everyday! I would recommend this condo to anyone! A GREAT BIG THANK YOU!!!!"Guest: Debbi Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: July 16, 2014View listing
"We had six nights in this Kihei condo and absolutely loved it. Its in south Kihei on a beautiful beach, with amazing views from the main living area and master bedroom (which is on a mezzzaine). Many of the resorts in this area are on the other side of the road back from the beach but this is absolute beach front. Although there is no pool or other facilities with a resort, the views and ease of access to the beach more than compensate. There is a supermarket and some good restaurants within a 2 minute drive or 5-10 minute walk. We thought the condo was good value for money too - last year we stayed in a resort up in Kaanapali which was much more expensive and not quite as nice. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation in a stunning location away from the bustle of a resort."Guest: Catherine S. "This is my third time on Maui and next time I'm back I'll be staying here. Beautiful condo with almost everything you would need (beach chairs, body boards, cooler, full kitchen, etc) and fantastic location in Kihei across from Charley Young beach (short 1-2 min walk through the parking lot and across the street). Convenient to everything yet quiet and comfortable and extremely clean. I loved that they have 2 futons in the living room for those who have larger families or travelling with friends. Communication was above and beyond I felt like I could contact the owner for anything at anytime if I needed anything. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable!"Guest: Zenas C.
