  • Excellent Condo - Great Location - Great Value

"I spent two weeks at this condo in April 2014 with my family, six in total. We found the condo well equipped, clean and comfortable. The photos listed are an accurate portrayal of the unit. The complex is well maintained, the pool, BBQ's, chairs and walks are cleaned daily. The grounds are immaculate. We met a number of neighbors and all we friendly and easy to get along with. The location is a five minute walk to Kamaole 1 beach and Cove Park is right across the street. It's a five minute walk to Starbucks and is walking distance to many other restaurants and retail outlets, including Snorkel Bob's. The only negative I can think of, and this is petty, is that the lanai was cramped with more than three sitting around the table there. There were five adults and one ten year old staying at the unit for two weeks and all found it very comfortable, and spacious. When we come back to Maui this is where we will stay again. I would recommend this unit to friends or family."

  • Perfect Spot

"Great location, comfortable place, all around excellent. It's a quick walk to anything you would need in Maui, including great food and beach time. The condo itself is well equipped for everything you might need. Location wise for the rest of the island you're pretty central to anything you might want to visit, and tons of local tours available. Host was always quick and extremely helpful when responding. Could not recommend more!"

  • awesome condo

"We just returned from a relaxing vacation in Maui and we stayed at Kihei Akahi, condo C-604. This was our first visit to Maui and first time renting a condo. From the beginning at the time of requesting info, through booking and our stay it was a good experience. Joan returned my emails quickly and answered any questions on the phone. The condo itself was right across the street from the beach and we could see whales out on the ocean from the lanai. The grounds of the complex are beautiful and well-maintained and we took advantage of the BBQ’s available. The condo was clean and had all we needed and more, beach chairs, cooler and ice pack, fully equipped kitchen, comfy king-sized bed, wi-fi, washer and dryer. There were also lots of restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely be back!"

  • WONDERFUL CONDO!!!

"This was our second stay at this condo and it was just as good as last time! Everything is close and "walkable", the Foodland store, the ABC store, many different restaurants and bars and especially the BEACH. There is a nice park right across the street for walking or running and always lots of people on paddle boards or kayaks to watch. This year we saw breaching whales from the condo!! Yes, they were out away from shore, but you could see them without binoculars! We used the boogie board and the back pack beach chairs from the condo almost daily...there are some other beach items available, but we didn't need them. The pool at the condo is nice and used by many this year, but we prefer the beach. If you have a rental car, be sure to go to the north shore and watch the wind surfers and kite surfers. They are amazing and the waves there are MUCH bigger than at the beaches on south or west Maui. We also made it to the "Dragon's Teeth" in Kapalua and Nakalele Bolwhole, further north, this year. Both were great places to visit but be ready for some walking and climbing to see them up close. The property manager is very easy to work with and quick to help if a problem arises. If you are looking for a nice, clean, comfortable condo in a great location, this is it!!!! I hope to return very soon!!!"
