"We had close to one month in this condo and had one of the most relaxing holidays we have ever had. The condo is equipped with all the beach gear you would ever need and is located within walking distance to many stores, shops and pubs. Breakfast on the Lanai was just a great start to every morning! Mahalo again Lisa and really hope to visit again!"Guest: Cathy and Charlie B. "Stayed for 1 week end of Nov. Arrival was smooth, no problems accessing keys. Once inside, condo just like the pictures, even better. Just as mentioned in previous reviews, well stocked and equipped unit for a great holiday. Very close walk to the beach with nice beach chairs/cooler and boogie boards. Nice and quiet and a comfy bed. Nicely redone bathroom as well. Quality appliances and furniture. Spacious lanai with good table and chairs. The only thing was the gritty dusty tiled floor which I am assuming was from the windy afternoons coming in through the lanai doors. Nice amenities such as the hot tub, sauna and pool which was a little cool but refreshing. 2 tennis courts. Much easier to play on less windy days though! The beaches in the area were really nice and the water very clear. Mornings were great for snorkeling and swimming. The sand is very fine and soft. For people who jog or walk it has long sidewalks and the beach for doing both. A person who has stair climbing problems or knee problems may have issues as there are a fair number of stairs to climb even though it has elevators. Would recommend this property."Guest: robert m. "Fabulous Condo right across the street from beach. Owner was very prompt in responding to all communication and was very easy to get in touch with during our stay. Condo has great access to restaurants, swimming, relaxing, snorkeling and shopping. Condo is everything the site says it is. Ground floor level was fantastic after a day of swimming and walking. Great roomy bathroom with walk in shower was a HUGE plus. Condo was well stocked with all necessary kitchen supplies, linens, towels, toiletries and grill items for grill just outside Condo. Furniture and bed were very comfortable for a relaxing afternoon and night. Would highly recommend this Condo for those who do not rent a car and want to be close to a wide range of shopping, restaurants and beaches. Hard to beat this deal."Guest: Genevieve M. "For us, this condo was absolutely perfect. Here are the things we look for: + close to the beach, I love to hear the surf: 100% - if you fell off the Lanai, you'd be on the beach + sunsets, I'm a sucker for Hawaiian sunsets: 100% - lanai faces west, with a 270 degree view of the ocean. + walking distance to other beaches: 100% - Kihei town beaches are right there, and a shoreline hike is really easy. Kihei is a real town with real residents. So you wont be in a "Resort Cocoon" + Clean: 100% - the condo was spotless, and the property was well-maintained and very comfortable. + workable kitchen: 100% - everything you'd expect. Plus basic items like sugar, salt/pepper and numerous spices and condiments are stocked. + Affordable - I won't rate this because everyone's budget is unique. But for us, this was an excellent deal. I have stayed in many, many properties on all the islands, and especially on Maui. You can pay a lot more and get a lot less."Guest: Jonathan & Regina Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: December 22, 2014View listing
