  • very nice apartment

"We spent 10 days on our honeymoon in Jonathan's apartment! The place is very clean and decorated with taste, the backyard is perfectly taken care of with BBQ, lounge chairs, hot tob! We had everything we needed for snorkeling (even defogging agent) that we used almost everyday! It's centrally located for the morning sunrise on the Haleakaala, going to Lahaina or wailea or even Hana! We will certainly come back!!! And my husband Nick is still thinking about that delicious homemade banana bread you offered us!! Thanks Jon! Estelle & Nick"

  • Fantastic Condo

"We (2-senior widows) stayed here for 7-nights after completing the Hawaiian Island cruise in November 2014 and we enjoyed every minute from breakfast to our nightcap on the lanai. The sunsets are awesome. There are a number of great beaches within 5-minutes. The condo was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for cooking - utensils/dishes as well as spices, even laundry detergent and beach equipment (chairs, umbrella, cooler). We had a rental car so were able to get all around the island. Marian was quick to respond to our initial inquiry. It was great to be able to keep in touch with our families via phone and internet. Would definitely book this unit again when returning to Maui. Will certainly recommend to others."

  • Maui WOWIE...

"I was very impressed with Cloy's amazing studio rental in Kihei...cannot beat the price, quality, and location of the rental. Cloy is very friendly and accommodating. His rental is fully equipped with everything one may need in the studio for sleeping, cooking, and beach accessories with plenty of clean towels. I could live there! Would if I could. Rental has a coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, two burner cooker, rice cooker, and fridge for making easy meals. Only had to visit a restaurant twice...my favorite is Antonio's nearby...the eggplant Parmesan is killer! TV is great for catching up on daily local and world news before heading to the beach...includes DVD player. Reality check while in paradise. The bldg management is very helpful and friendly as well. No problem finding free parking in the condo lot. Hilarious alarm clock: roosters and Magpies woke me each morning and it was refreshing to hear nature outside my door. Great view of Haleakala volcano outside my balcony. Pool? Who needs a pool when you're a block from the ocean? Never used it...nor the bbq...but works well for anyone needing these amenities. Walk to plenty of shops and restaurants a block away. Further travel may require one to drive or take local transit. Room size is small but accommodating for one or two guests. Cloy has two neat cats that remain in his condo for those with feline allergies...I do...and had no problem. Hope Cloy has his rental available for my next visit to Maui. Mahalo Cloy. Mele Kalikimaka...and Happy New Year. 12/14-23."

  • Great Location

"Loved the location with beaches and restaurants a super short walking distance from condo. We rented a car and liked how we could drive in any direction without a lot of time used up in the car. It is a quiet area and we liked being on ground level. Only disappointment was the cleaning lady forgot to clean up after last visitors so we had to clean and wash sheets etc. when we got there. We were reimbursed the cleaning fee plus a little more, but still, not the way to start a first get-away trip to Hawaii. Be sure to ask about having the place clean before you arrive and this would then move into the excellent rating."
