"We rented this condo through the VRBO over the Christmas holidays and completely enjoyed our stay. The pictures were VERY accurate and the condo was everything we had hoped for. Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located walking distance to everything!"Guest: Stephanie V. Date of Stay: January 2014 Review Submitted: February 6, 2014View listing
"My family stayed here for a week and had a great time. We've stayed at other locations on the island but John and Ellen's condo has been the best by far! It's all about the location and views and this condo provides both! The condo had everything you need for a great day at the beach, plenty of beach towels, coolers, Tommy Bahama chairs, umbrella and boogie boards. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathroom was clean. The view from the lanai was beautiful. The pool was awesome and well maintained and it had plenty of bbq grills. Perfect place to watch the sunsets. The condo was within walking distance to shopping and dining. We would definitely stay here again. My only suggestion would be to have a 11:00 or 12:00 check out, the 10:00am knock on door came way too early:) Mahalo John and Ellen for providing such a wonderful place to stay."Guest: Steve & Vicky Date of Stay: September 2014 Review Submitted: November 3, 2014View listing
"My wife and I just got back from 10 days staying at this marvelous location. Everything was EXACTLY as described, -perfectly appointed kitchen and super-convenient to the Makena beaches we love. (Even a beach umbrella!) The only downside was the lack of A/C. During our stay the trade winds (normally quite reliable this time of year) failed. The Kona conditions (as Hurricane Ana approached) made for rather stifling nights the first week. However, the extra small fan in the bedroom saved the day (or more appropriately, "saved the nights") and we got through it just fine. We will ABSOLUTELY be back!"Guest: JLH Date of Stay: October 2014 Review Submitted: October 26, 2014View listing
"Love how your condo is decorated. I admired the fish above the sliding door and am looking for some like them for my home. The view, amenities, beaches and shopping resulted in a very pleasant four days for us. Thank you very much for providing such a lovely place for us to enjoy our visit. I highly recommend it and should I travel to Maui again I will be in touch. Mahalo"Guest: Connie Date of Stay: October 2014 Review Submitted: November 19, 2014View listing
