"My husband and I recently stayed in this condo with our 6 month old son. It was absolutely perfect for our vacation in Maui! The location is fantastic. There is a great beach right across the street and it is within walking distance from many great shops and restaurants. I think what we liked best about the condo is that it is on the ground level over looking the pool. Every morning we had our breakfast and coffee on the lanai while our little guy played on the grass. We had a great vacation in Maui...unfortunately it was too short!! Mahalo!"Guest: Sandy Date of Stay: March 2014 Review Submitted: April 10, 2014View listing
"Wonderful accommodation, clean, fully furnished, complete with all beach accessories. Very convenient parking and quick and clean elevator service. Brand new gas stove in unit- didn't give it much of a workout, though :). Great view down to the ocean. Close to beaches, shops and a wide variety of restaurants. Would highly recommend this unit to anyone."Guest: Wally L. Date of Stay: April 2014 Review Submitted: April 30, 2014View listing
"I frequently use VRBO when I make travel plans. I too rely on reviews when making my choice(s). Renting the unit owned by Dave and Dixie was truly an outstanding experience. Having stayed at the Maui Banyan complex on at least five (5) prior occasions, I can tell you that their property is modern, well equipped and spotlessly clean. During this trip, I rented a second unit, not owned by Dave and Dixie, for my daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren. That unit was nice, but did not have the "first class" feel that Dave and Dixie's unit had. Finally, the interaction with Dave was outstanding. He was responsive, attentive, and informative."Guest: Paul and Donna Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: July 28, 2014View listing
"The best vacations start with where you have to live while there! This condo was the perfect home for our family of five. The two rooms and bathrooms separated by a very comfortable living and dining space made for a pleasant stay for my husband and three grown daughters. The condo boasts beautiful interior, functional kitchen with all ammenities, and plenty of beach toys, towels, chairs, etc. to use when you need. The beach is so close and all the fun and wonderful things Kihei has to offer are just minutes away! This was our third time in Kihei and by far our most enjoyable because of this condo, it's ammenities and location, and it's comfort!"Guest: Tammy K.
