"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The vacation unit was acceptable for the great price. However, it could use some updating in the furnishings and improved soundproofing for the bedroom. The windows to the exterior common area allow too much sound through. Also, the single air conditioning unit is somewhat inadequate to cool the bedroom. The kitchen had all the necessary tools and the beach toys in the closet were a plus!"Guest: Todd Date of Stay: June 2014 Review Submitted: July 5, 2014View listing
"We had six nights in this Kihei condo and absolutely loved it. Its in south Kihei on a beautiful beach, with amazing views from the main living area and master bedroom (which is on a mezzzaine). Many of the resorts in this area are on the other side of the road back from the beach but this is absolute beach front. Although there is no pool or other facilities with a resort, the views and ease of access to the beach more than compensate. There is a supermarket and some good restaurants within a 2 minute drive or 5-10 minute walk. We thought the condo was good value for money too - last year we stayed in a resort up in Kaanapali which was much more expensive and not quite as nice. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation in a stunning location away from the bustle of a resort."Guest: Catherine S. "My daughter and I stayed in cabin #6 for 8 nights. It was local, safe, rustic. Waterfront property, only 100 steps to the water's edge. Enjoyed my morning coffee watching the surfers and the perfect Hawaiian sunsets. We will visit again!!"Guest: Sandy G. Date of Stay: September 2014 Review Submitted: September 15, 2014View listing
"Although we only were able to stay there 2 nights, it was truly a perfect get away from the normal life. We don't get to Maui very often, but with a place like this, I can see it happening more often. The beach across the street was awesome. Very nice restaurants close to the room. Just what we needed for a couple of days. Loved the room. Will definitely keep this info for future visits."Guest: LAZY Date of Stay: June 2014 Review Submitted: July 15, 2014View listing
