  • Can't wait to return!

"This was our first visit to Maui and we hope to return many more times. This condo was fabulous. The location was spot on. We had two couples staying there for this visit and it worked well. There was plenty of bedroom separation and with each room having it's own bathroom we felt that we had enough privacy. I would have to agree with another reviewer that said the birds were a bit noisy in the morning but other than that we didn't have a single complaint! The condo was clean, well stocked and updated. Maui Tacos right across the street was great, we ate there on our last night and wishes we would have tried it earlier. We loved being able to pack up the beach chairs and cooler and walk to the beach. We rented a Jeep to be able to see more of the island but there is so much within walking distance. The owner was very prompt in his responses to my inquiries and provided me with detailed information for my stay. I can't wait to book my next trip!"

  • Perfect Location on Maui

"Just spent 10 days at this condo, and had such a wonderful time and the condo was perfect. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed and loved that beach chairs, towels, cooler, snorkeling gear, etc that were provided. Loved walking the beach each morning and that also restaurants , grocery stores, and shops were all in walking distance. Perfect location and will be going back. Thank you Tony and Mair."

  • The perfect get away.

"We are just home from two weeks at this condo. To give you a clear appreciation of how much we enjoyed it, we spent the last few days trying to figure out if we could return to it next year for three weeks. Coralie made the transaction seamless and the entire booking process was done with a few emails. The contract and instruction package was great and offered easy instructions and clarity. On arrival (we arrived very late, 11pm) stopped at Safeway for a days worth of groceries and arrived at the Hale Pau Hana about midnight. The instructions were clear and we were standing on the lanai within minutes looking out at the ocean. It was a gorgeous unobstructed southern view through a few palms. Though the unit could sleep 4 it was just right for the two of us. The unit was exactly as pictured, the kitchen quite newly done and had all the small appliances you needed as well as utensils et al. The rooms nicely appointed and the bedroom great with air conditioning, which was welcome as we had 2 weeks of 88-92 degrees and the wooden blinds kept it dark. The bed comfortable and ensuite a nice feature. The main shower was a very nice size and all bathrooms as well as the rest of the unit were clean. The morning view was grand, looking out at Molokini Atoll, watching the surf and the turtles feeding on the reef. Sunsets and moonsets were incredible. As far as location, the Hale Pau Hana was perfectly situated for restaurants and shops. We were totally enamoured with the condo and location, it lacked nothing."

  • Perfectly Acceptable

"Our family needed a place to stay for a few days while visiting family here on Maui. We had to book at the last minute, but the rates were still quite reasonable. The area around the condo can give you pause, but during our stay, we didn't run into any issues at all. As previous reviews mentioned, the bedroom is right by the main through way, but we did not run into any noise issues during our stay either. The accommodations within the condo met all of our needs. Some of the nice things that stood out for us: - Well-stocked kitchen - Free and functional Internet - Lots of bath/beach towels - "Welcome/Christmas" gift bag. About the only thing that was a drawback was the tiny little ants that showed up in the bathroom and kitchen, but given the recent rain that was in the area, I wouldn't consider this to be an everyday concern. We would rent this property again."
