  • Very comfortable stay in an excellent location!

"The condo was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed nine nights here. Our mornings all started off having our coffee on the lanai looking out at the ocean. The condo is very well stocked and we appreciated the use of the beach chairs. We did enjoy cooking on the bbq's near the poolside and met many great people there. Kihei is a great location to explore all parts of the island. One of the most beautiful beaches is just steps across the road from the condo. We also enjoyed the two closest restaurants for a meal, 808 bistro and Fred's Mexican. Maui Banyon security appeared to do a very good job. Mahalo!"

"Love the location of the Kiehi Akahi. The grounds are beautiful and well taken care of. Nice pool and barbecue areas. This condo is located in the C building, allowing ocean and mountain views. The condo has been totally renovated, the kitchen is a pleasure to work in and everything you need is there. Bed is comfy. Jana and Bill, the owners, are so nice and easy to deal with. We love it here -this is our home away from home!"

  • Exceeded our high expectations!

"This was our family's first visit to Hawaii, and we absolutely loved everything about Kihei and condo #104! We'd never rented vacation property before, and Mylo made the process very easy; she was very friendly and helpful and responded quickly to all our questions and requests. We couldn't have wished for a more perfect location! We woke up each morning and looked out at the ocean before even getting out of bed! That incredible view is what I will remember! Being on the ground floor was fantastic as it was so quick and easy to go back and forth from the beach. Just a few steps and your toes are in the sand. So close to the ocean, and yet still private enough that we could sit out on the lanai without onlookers. Another family we knew from home were in Kihei at the same time as us (at a different property), and they were astounded - and jealous of our oceanfront location and view. The condo was beautiful- finished very nicely and stocked with every item a family could need. We have 17 year old twins and an 8 year old, and we felt very comfortable. We appreciated the beach chairs, snorkel gear, boogie boards, coolers, towels, and sand toys provided and used them every day. The Kamaole beaches were incredible - we snorkelled right in front of the Royal Mauian each morning, and often had the thrill of swimming with several large turtles! Unforgettable experience! The water was quiet enough for our 8 year old and we saw tons of fish and ocean life at this spot (even more than on the excursion we went on.) There are lots of great restaurants very close by. Right across the street try Cafe Au Lei and S&Q's for coffee, breakfast, and shave ice. Three's Bar and Grill (short drive) also fantastic! We enjoyed Maui from every perspective - amazing weather, gorgeous beaches, beautiful landscapes, exciting activities, delicious food - and having such a comfortable "home" made it all come together perfectly. We very highly recommend this condo and would definitely enjoy the chance to stay there again in the future! Thanks to Mylo and Gene for helping our family create an incredible memory!"
