"I loved that it was a corner unit with an exceptional view. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything you need on a Hawaii vacation. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare breakfast, lunch and the BBQ. It was relaxing to be able to know you didn't have to buy water toys, utensils or other items for our stay. The only thing I would remove is all the mirrors. I felt guilty that my grandson had his prints all over it. We were constantly being careful as to not put a chair up to it or accidently break it. This is the best place to stay in Kehei. I look forward to my next visit."

"My wife and I stayed at this condo for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. The pictures are accurate/up to date as of this review. This condo is in a great location. It is just north of the busy part of Kihei, but has easy access to the main routes in Maui. Like the other reviewers stated, the view is spectacular, and while more than three feet from the water, I'm pretty sure I could have thrown a rock into the water from the balcony had it not been against condo rules. The sound of the surf at night in the bedroom was great, if not a bit loud with the window open. You could easily hear it even with the windows closed. In the interest of full disclosure, and if it matters, the master bedroom mattress either started its life on the soft side, or has been in service a while. Parking is similar to ALL other locations on Maui - parking spaces tend to be quite narrow. So you may want to think twice before renting that big car or SUV. Breakfast every morning on the lanai was a real treat.
I would not hesitate to recommend this unit, with one very minor caveat. My previous experience with vrbo rentals has been there is typically leftovers/goodies or sometimes a welcome basket that can get you by until the next day. We arrived on a late flight, and found the only food items in the kitchen were starter coffee/tea and some very basic spices in the cabinet. The brand new (and massive) refrigerator was absolutely empty. It turned out to be a very minor quibble since there was *coffee* and there was also a farmers market across the street with fruit and yummy breads. We had a great time at the condo."

"We had a wonderful time. Condo was perfect for 3 Adults and still plenty of room. Coffee on the lanai, watching the pacific was so relaxing. Location is central to most thing on the island. Elevator, pool and bbq were all used and in great working order. Third trip to Maui and hope to return soon. I can't thank you enough for the use of your condo."

"Our first trip to Maui was absolutely amazing! We loved this condo. It was perfectly equipped for the two of us & the view from the lanai was just stunning! Kitchen was well stocked. We definitely used the heck out of the Brita pitcher in the fridge. Loved the beach chairs & cooler as well. We used these daily for our beach adventure. The fact that this condo had a washer & dryer was also amazing. The only minimal complaint we had were the blinds in the bedroom were missing a few slats & let in quite a bit of light at night. Sugar Beach Resort is located centrally for adventures all over the island! We loved this fact. The complex is very clean & quiet. We absolutely will be back!"
