We Thought We'd Found the Perfect Condo Right Next to the Beach...and We Had!
"Oregon First-Timers to Hawaii
This unit was perfect for us! What attracted us on the website was the closeness to the water and the wonderful palm-tree-view of the ocean. It turned out to be even better than what the website could convey. The condo is tastefully decorated--no tired, cheap nick-knacks. The kitchen and bathroom are not huge, but certainly adequate. We were quite impressed with the resort's meticulously kept grounds (highly manicured lawns) and well-kept activity areas (the BBQs were spotless and the outdoor shuffleboard was a hoot even when the wind picked up in the afternoon). Most of all we enjoyed stepping out onto the lanai, sometimes in the middle of the night to see the stars amongst the motionless palm trees. We never tired of the view, day or night. We were blessed to have had this rental for our first Hawaiian vacation. Our second week, on a different island, was a completely different experience, with many things not in working order or not as advertised). Our only concern would be not having any A/C in 80 plus weather rather than in the 70s as we experienced."

"Wife and I spent a total of 4 nights here and had a great experience. The unit was clean, comfortable and up-to-date. Really appreciated the available beach supplies (umbrella, chairs, snorkeling) and there were ample towels. Wi-fi worked great and we really enjoyed having a lanai (porch) to eat our meals. Used the on-site grills to make a steak dinner one night and it couldn't have been easier. Location is in a relatively quiet part of Kihei and easy enough to hop in the car and go eat at all the various restaurants down the street. It was also nice that it's at the northern part of Kihei so heading to Kahului or Lahiana felt that much closer. Keyless entry was very convenient and Viktoria was great in making sure check in/out went smoothly. And she even emailed us the day we got there with a long list of various recommendations. Thanks for helping make our trip to Maui a comfortable and pleasant one!"

"The location is ideal. Kihei is centrally located, a large enough town for restaurants and shopping, but not too big to suffer from city traffic/congestion. The condo and resort are clean. Having a full kitchen with refrigerator, stove and microwave helped us stay on budget. The swimming pool was a big hit with the kids.
If you're looking for a 5 star resort experience AND have the money to spend, then this place is not going to cut it for you. But if you're looking for a great affordable condo in a great location on Maui, then look no further.
One note: the oven door did not work while we were there. Unfortunately, Gabe was unable to secure a replacement in time for our stay, but it will likely be replaced soon - your gain."

"My friend emailed me this location. After looking at the listing everything seemed like a perfect fit. "A Perfect Gem in Kihei." It was a last minute vacation. I mean it came down to the wire. I contacted the owner Diane literally the night before. We were only staying 2 nights in Maui. Diane contacted me back immediately and we went ahead and made arrangements. Flew in the next evening and the location was exactly as it's presented. I loved the room. There was a refrigerator and a microwave, a/c. The bathroom was huge. Two sinks and a big bathtub and shower. Once again the bathroom was huge. There was a big closet that had everything one could possibly need for the beach. Beach towels, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, umbrella and even coolers. We rented a car so we drove up to Kaanapali, Kula and Paia. Even if you did not rent a car you could just walk down to the beaches in Kihei and shops and restaurants. This location was perfect and Diane was extremely accommodating given the last minute booking. I would recommend this location to anyone."
