"We loved this place. It was exactly the right amount of isolation and still close to all the action. The beach views were exactly what we were after and easy to get to. the place was well kept and clean, and felt like Hawaii. We much preferred it to the typical "resort" feel you can find in any tropical location. Thanks!"

"My wife and I stayed at this condo for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. The pictures are accurate/up to date as of this review. This condo is in a great location. It is just north of the busy part of Kihei, but has easy access to the main routes in Maui. Like the other reviewers stated, the view is spectacular, and while more than three feet from the water, I'm pretty sure I could have thrown a rock into the water from the balcony had it not been against condo rules. The sound of the surf at night in the bedroom was great, if not a bit loud with the window open. You could easily hear it even with the windows closed. In the interest of full disclosure, and if it matters, the master bedroom mattress either started its life on the soft side, or has been in service a while. Parking is similar to ALL other locations on Maui - parking spaces tend to be quite narrow. So you may want to think twice before renting that big car or SUV. Breakfast every morning on the lanai was a real treat.
I would not hesitate to recommend this unit, with one very minor caveat. My previous experience with vrbo rentals has been there is typically leftovers/goodies or sometimes a welcome basket that can get you by until the next day. We arrived on a late flight, and found the only food items in the kitchen were starter coffee/tea and some very basic spices in the cabinet. The brand new (and massive) refrigerator was absolutely empty. It turned out to be a very minor quibble since there was *coffee* and there was also a farmers market across the street with fruit and yummy breads. We had a great time at the condo."

"First off, let's talk location. This condo's location is central to all, whether it's the resorts down the road, Lahaina, Paia or elsewhere, you can't beat the location and quick access to many key roadways on the island. Then, there's the fact that you have a wonderful farmer's market right across the street where you can pick up fresh fruit and veggies. And there is also THE BEST shave ice place on the island right next door to the market!!! And finally, an ABC store where you can get anything else you may need. You never have to get in your car if you don't want to.
The condo itself is perfect for a couple. Nice large living area, huge TV, nice size bedroom and TWO bathrooms (one for each of us to spread out all our bath stuff!). The lanai is great, with the views just as they are in the pics. Sat out there every morning with coffee and in the evenings with an adult beverage, watching the boats, listening to the waves. Aaahhh. This place was very quiet, great price, and just couldn't ask for more.
The mgt company was good too. We weren't leaving until late Saturday evening so thought I'd have to pay for that night's rent. But when they called us to confirm and my wife explained, they were happy to offer an extended check out. We stayed until 7 PM that evening which was great! The only minor item that got us off to a bad start, was that we could not get into the unit until 3 PM day of arrival. I'm sure that this was in the paperwork somewhere but we were asked to provide our flight arrival details and to call upon our arrival and I just assumed that meant we'd be able to go straight to the condo. When we arrived we were told they would meet us at 3, no option for earlier arrival, so we had to go find someplace to chill for an hour. Not a big deal but would have been nice to be warned about this in advance.
Overall, would definitely return to this condo the next time we go to Maui."

"This was a great place to stay and the perfect unit for my wife and myself. The price per night and that it was incredibly close to family that lives on Maui was what initially attracted me to this place. You get a fully equipped kitchen, two full bath, and you walk out your back door to spectacular Maui beach views. The grounds are kept up very nice, the pool was clean and relaxing, and the actual unit was prepared for our arrival with the same regards as a 5-star hotel.
My favorite part of our stay was waking up at dawn, cooking breakfast, watching the waves break on the beach and the Kihei Canoe club out on the water practicing...all viewed from our kitchen...absolutely amazing!!
The other great part is that you are right on S. Kihei road...so shops, restaurants, grocery store are all within a short drive. The best part was how close of a drive we were to the Maui Brewing Company. We spent many nights there having a cold beer, enjoying a different food truck each night, and listening to some live music.
I definitely intend on staying here again."
