"We returned again to this beautiful condo again and extended it to 5 weeks. So much to do and see. Brought several friends for their first time visit to Maui. KBC is a great complex and we look forward to returning again soon. Great weather and friends and a very nice condo helped complete the vacation."

"First of all, 803 at the Mana Kai is a lovely condo inside and out. The owners have it all set up with everything we needed for our stay. The bedroom was very comfortable. We left the windows open so we could hear the ocean all night. The kitchen is well stocked the bathrooms have plenty of towels, including beach towels. My favorite part of this condo, however, was the view. This condo is on the top floor (8th floor) and it has one of the best views at the Mana Kai. Every morning we woke up to have coffee and breakfast on the lanai with a spectacular view. We could often see sea turtles right from the lanai. It's a perfect spot for relaxing and reading a good book.
This was our second stay at the Mana Kai. The Mana Kai is on a lovely beach on the South side of Kihei. It's a great location -- close enough to easily travel to the town for groceries, shops, restaurants, but far enough to be away from the crowds. The beach itself is beautiful. We have never seen it crowded. There is nice snorkeling right outside the Mana Kai. The Mana Kai has a good restaurant right downstairs. They have an extended happy hour and it's a great, convenient place to go for a light dinner and drinks. They also have rentals right at the Mana Kai now, something that wasn't present the last time we visited, which was about seven years ago. Now you can rent kayaks, stand up paddle boards, boogie boards and snorkel gear right on site. We took advantage of this and rented both kayaks and stand up paddle boards at reasonable rates. The pool has been re-done since we were last there and it is very pleasant. We never had to fight for lounge chairs at the pool or on the large grassy area next to the beach, as we have had to do at other resorts on Maui.
The owners are also very nice. We were scheduled to fly in right when not one, but two hurricanes were projected to hit Hawaii. The owners allowed us to delay our trip at the last minute and we really appreciated that.
Overall we had a wonderful stay at 803 Mana Kai. If you want to have a lovely, relaxing vacation, I recommend you come here. Our only complaint was that we couldn't stay longer. Nine days was not enough."

"From the moment we enter our key code and open the door, we feel we are at home. Just to give some context, for the past several years we have spent the entire month of May in this unit at Nani Kai Hale. It is the perfect pick-me-up after a long, cold Winnipeg winter.
We have made many friends and for a month, we feel a part of the NKH family.
Located a 20 minute drive from the Kahului airport on Sugar Beach (far and away the best walking beach on Maui), the property is clean, comfortable, quiet and relaxing. It is well-run and properly maintained.
This particular unit was spotlessly clean when we arrived, the pantry was very well stocked, and there was plenty of other supplies like bath towels, hand soap, cleaning supplies and yes, toilet paper. It is after all, our home for a month.
Lots of beach towels in the unit as well, essential when you're going to be spending hours in the yard on a chaise lounge doing nothing.
I could go on and on, but let me sum it all up by saying yes, we've booked again for next May."

"Myself, my wife, 1 year old son and my parents stayed here for 10 days at the end of May/start of June. It was an absolutely amazing place! The complex and grounds were impeccable. The pool(s) were clean, they were the perfect temperature and NEVER busy. The BBQs were brand new and always spotless. The location was perfect as well (less than 20 minutes from the airport, and 5-10 minutes from local grocery stores, shops, etc) and of course, the townhouse was RIGHT on the beach.
The unit itself was also great! It is slightly dated, but it did not bother us at all as there was comfy furniture, beds and everything we needed for our 10 day stay, including sporting equipment for tennis or boogie boarding. We loved watching the waves whether it was during dinner or up bright and early drinking coffee. The view simply could not be beat!
The owners were also very accomodating, allowing us to stay a little later than planned due to our late departure flight.
Can't wait to go back and enjoy this property again in the future!"
