"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sande & Bob's condo on the beach. The location was ideal - not too far from Lahaina and close to all amenities of South Kihei. The grounds were immaculate and well groomed. The unit is steps to the pool and BBQs and has a nice view of ocean. The unit itself was very well equipped and we appreciated the use of the beach toys, beach towels, boogie boards, chairs and coolers. The condo is well appointed and comfortable and having a washer/drier allowed us to pack light. Bob was very helpful in recommending and booking activities for us including a fishing charter & the Luau which were both enjoyed by all in our party. We would definitely stay here again."

"We really enjoyed our time at Aunt Phylis' Condo. Everything was as described. I have to admit I was worried about not have A/C, but the trade winds took care of that and the unit was not only very clean it was very cool in the evenings. The unit is also very well stocked. As others have mentioned, visit the condo before you go to the super market to stock up. The condo is very centrally located, which is great for those looking to visit the north shore, west mountains, and Haleakalā. I also have to give a shout out to Robert, anytime we had a question he was quick to respond w/ an answer on the unit. We have two teenagers and they loved the trip. In short, great stay, great owners, and can't wait to get back!!"

"This condo was perfect for our family of four! We enjoyed our meals on the lanai every day while listening to the waves crash on the sand below. The well stocked kitchen meant we could save a little money eating there instead of eating out for every meal. The bbq grills on the rooftop were wonderful too!
There was a closet stocked with snorkel gear, beach umbrellas, chairs, and straw mats. We just threw them in the back of our rental car the first day and had them with us all week wherever we went. The condo also has eight good quality beach towels (very important for us as we went to the beach every day). It was nice to have access to a washer and dryer whenever we needed it too!
The final thing I will say is that Dave is a GREAT communicator! He answered my emails within a day and gave great recommendations for activities and restaurants! We are already dreaming of our return someday!"

A stay in paradise doesn't get any better than this!
"Unit was great from the get go. It is very well maintained & is so close to the shore. We lacked for nothing in the way of kitchen utensils, dinnerware or pots & pans. New pans, great lids. There is a fancy rice cooker but we didn't try it. In condo washer/dryer is a great feature. The king bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had a tub/shower unit & wasn't cramped. There were plenty of towels as well as beach towels & beach chairs, Tommy Bahamas, the real good ones on site. The appliances were great. The owner has thought of everything. The on sight BBQs are well maintained and there is a very nice pool in the compound. The living and dining room area was very functional. This is a great condo for a couple. We ate on the lanai most nights, & breakfasts enjoying the view, watching a spectacular array of whale beaches, jaw drops, tail slaps & blow whole spouting, right in front of us. There are binoculars in the condo. Many multiple breaches. Pretty spectacular. Ancient fish pond area is a nice area for those with children, or those that don't want to be pounded by the surf. That option is a few steps to the south & most days fairly calm. Owner was great to deal with. No problems what so ever. Close to the Hawaiian Islands Humpback Whale Sanctuary Visitor Center. Head to Lahaina for Warren & Annabelle's Magic Show. Great evening! Highly recommend. Book before your trip. Saturday am head to Kahului, Maui Swap Meat at college. Produce, artisans & souvenirs. 100 plus booths. Want flowers go early. Best pineapples - Costco. In Kihei at Uliani, shaved Ice. Get the ice cream in the bottom. What a treat! Go to outdoor market. Open 9-4 daily. Catch a Whale Watch boat ride. Head to Whaler's Village Mall in Kaanapali. Check out some stores. Stores (with purchase) gave us a validation sticker for 3 hours parking. Wander around shops & go to the Whaler's Museum. Nice walking handheld phone narration display. 11:00 am is time for Whale Talk which was a PowerPoint, video & whale volunteer discussion. Lasted an hour, very informative.
Visit Up Country. Drive to Pa'Ia & Macawao. Head further Up Country, very scenic views of Maalaa Bay & Kahului shore area. Tour Ocean Organic Vodka distillery, made from sugar cane. Taste vodka & rum. So much to do so close to this condo. We enjoyed our stay here at on Maui's South Shore! Highly recommend this condo, so much in fact have already rebooked for next year."
