"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo! It's very comfortable and the view is amazing. Lots of spectacular sunsets! We didn't have to use the A/C; just the fans. The ocean breezes and sounds of the waves were very relaxing. The kitchen was well equipped, and the bed was quite comfortable! We had lots of nice long walks on the beach. I would definitely come back again; John the owner was very helpful and nice. There was even a small loaf of banana bread when we arrived!"

"We stayed here for 5 nights and absolutely loved the unit and entire condo complex! The unit is on the fourth floor and the view from the lanai cannot be beat. When we arrived we were greeted by the property manager who let us in to the unit and showed us around. The condo had everything we needed from beach chairs, coolors, beach towels, a washer & dryer, & a kitchen stocked with lots of appliances and utensils (even kebab skewers & a blender for making our own pina coladas!). Everything was super clean and renovated. The complex has a nice pool, hot tub, grills, and office with staff to help you book excursions. There's also a sandwich place and a few other random stores.
We really loved staying in Kihei since it's centrally located on the island, and the condo is right on sugar beach which is really private & secluded. Down the street there is a delicious bakery, farmer's market (pineapples, yum), and Ululanis (definitely try the shave ice). There are also plenty of grocery stores and restaurants within a few miles (coconuts fish cafe has great fish tacos). It's also really close to the harbor where tours take off for snorkeling at Molokini Crater & Turtle Town.
We would stay here again in a heartbeat and were so sad to leave!"

"I stayed here for 2 weeks in August 2015 and it was a tropical home away from home. To be right on the water, listening to the waves every night and day, with gorgeous sunsets was incredible. The unit is nicely updated with everything one would need for a Maui getaway. I have stayed in Lahaina, Kihei and Kaanapali before, but I much prefer this location - especially to be on a long, walkable beach (probably one of the best in Maui) in a quiet area with easy access to everything was really convenient. The bed was super, super comfortable and Doug, the owner was friendly, helpful and accommodating. I will definitely be back to Sugarbeach! :)"

"We wanted to say thank you for our stay here at Sugar Beach Resort, the condo was great and had
everything we needed to make our stay here enjoyable. The views were fantastic. It was nice to also relax by the pool and spa and also have the convinence of the BBQ's. The condo is centrally located and is easily accessible to highways and shopping centers. We highly recommend this resort as the best place to stay. Thank you to the management and owners for giving us a memorable stay here in Maui."
